Best word to describe Classic Designs...Gracious. I went to Apo with my engagement ring (a 1.20 carat oval with split shank pave diamond band) that I was concerned had loose stones. He was very professional, friendly & honest. He informed me the ring which was bought by a wholesaler in DTLA had some structural issues. I asked if he would quote a reset but he said the jeweler should fix it for free. When I consulted my fiancé we really appreciated that he was helpful & not just trying to make a sale from us. He was so informative and even referred me to a great insurance company. He patiently answered all of my (& my mother in laws!) questions. We decided to have Apo’s jeweler reset the ring completely while still keeping the original design. He did such an amazing job. The ring looks even more sparkly than before! He found that 1 of my smaller diamonds was a CZ and added 4 more diamonds because he felt the split shank design called for that. All that for no extra charge! They added support to the center stone that wasn’t there before. I am just so happy that I don’t have to be afraid to wear my ring anymore. What a relief to have found a local jeweler that my family can build a realtionship with.
