Long Review: I recently had some work done at this car shop, and I'm really pleased with the results. They provided a custom striped full car wrap, multiple washes and details, ceramic coating, dashcam wiring, front license plate bracket removal, and a custom skid protector.

I'm planning to return for additional services like wheel and brake powder coating.

Now, lets talk about customer service. The lady at the front desk is friendly and attentive. She goes out of her way to assist customers, even though it was closing time when I arrived to pick up my car. She had been leaving but chose to stay until Rever came to assist me. Her customer service is excellent, and she made me feel valued as a customer. The entire team at this shop is welcoming and helpful. A simple greeting or nod goes a long way in making customers feel comfortable.

When it comes to the quality of their work, it's truly outstanding. Tyler, the vinyl wrapper, takes pride in his craft. You can tell he enjoys making cars look great and doesn't rush through the job. Same applies to Robert with his details and car washes. Robert actually went out of his way to make me a list of products for at- home detailing.

What sets this shop apart is Rever, the owner. He's different from other shop owners I've encountered. He won't accept payment until you're satisfied with the work. He's not pushy either. Instead of pressuring you into purchases, he provides information on the options and lets you decide.

Being the audio enthusiast that I am, I have visited a lot of the car audio shops in the greater San Diego area. My goal has been to have a car audio system that I can comptete with. My best experience hands down, has been with Audiolux. Rever the owner is incredibly knowledgable, his staff very friendly. Omar is the overqualified integrator running the custom integration department has all the specialty tools to make any D I Y'er jealuos and ofcourse the know how and experience to do it right the first time. In the tint & wrap department i had Lee wrap my chrome & lexus emblems and they came out perfect. Under one roof there are a variety of services you can have done. you can wrap a vehicle, tint the windows, do a custom stereo, HID headlights, LED integrated headlights, get a custom alarm installed to protect it all, you name it they do it. If your car has a mechanical issue Raid who owns the onsite mechanics shop Santee Autocare, has joined services with Audiolux to offer everything mechanical. Nino ,who is always cracking a smile and the first to say hello, replaced my speakers In the front I went with Hertz Mille legend and took out focal. They sound great! If you really wanna get the most out of your system get a digital signal processor (DSP) and have it professionally tuned by these guys. I am running the Audsion bit one HD processor and I have to say it has been the biggest noticeable  improvement in my system to date. Im excited to see such a good group of guys, some of who I have known from other shops throughout the years come together and work under the same roof with the sole purpose of creating a truly authentic car audio experience thats is unlike any other. I thoroughly researched to find another shop to serve some of my on going needs with my automobile's and future upgrades. I was pleased from my first call as to the full attention and time taken to explain and help me better understand the products that I was considering pertaining to my lighting upgrade for my Ram truck.

I have had ALOT of work done by a local shop and have been let down time after time by the extent of expectations sold to me and the level of service provided and promised...(in which I have never given a review)

I had to find someone else to assist me with my on going needs. As a customer we all expect great service relations and want to be treated as if you were the only one being addressed at the moment you need it...

After the technical language used and problems that I may encounter as to my choices (in which i did know a little about from research) was explained to me over the phone, I felt I was speaking to a person that was experienced, knowledgeable and very honest.... I WAS INSTANTLY SOLD...And by the attention given to detail and time taken without interruption for a very minor sale to his profits, I could tell customer service mattered....

LITTLE did he know that I am a big investor in the vehicles and toys I own and buy and I was treated as if I was their best customer that had spent 10s of thousands dollars on equipment.

Unlike the other shop that I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars and still treated as if I am an average customer buying a 35$ radio!

A 5 star rating is too low for the customer service standards provided by this new shop!!!!
