We have had our boat at Marina Jack Yacht Basin for some time now, and we couldn’t be happier with the Marina Jack’s experience. Their customer service is truly excellent and is very personalized to the tenants needs. Whether it’s a small question or a larger issue, the staff is always extremely helpful and responsive.

From their management to the fuel dock crew, everyone is kind, professional, and they genuinely care about the people and boats at the marina. It’s incredibly comforting to know they keep a watchful eye on our boat, which gives us peace of mind when we’re away.

The location itself is absolutely beautiful, and it’s clear that every aspect of the marina has been thoughtfully maintained. There is no better place in Sarasota to enjoy the fireworks on July 4th, holiday boat parade, and fabulous boat show. Not to mention, it takes only a few minutes to get to the beautiful Gulf from our slip!

The amenities are top-notch — from well-kept dockage and great restaurants to clean and modern bathrooms that are available to both the public and tenants. They offer excellently maintained bathrooms, showers and laundry for tenants. It’s more than just a place to dock — it is truly a boating community and a home away from home. And a special thanks to Snorkel, the best dock hand and marine patrol canine #63!

Hello captain's boaters and lovers of the Marine lifestyle Marina jacks is the gem on florida's west coast Until my boat has been here a few years I had no idea how complex and challenging the operations could be at this premium level Marina and it all is accomplished seamlessly by an eager to help staff and management that makes living the boating lifestyle worth all of the bumps and wakes that could happen worth it all From the safety and security of the well-maintained floating docks usefulness of great water pressure uninterrupted 30/50 amp shore power 5G internet on and on as well as probably the most sophisticated and user-friendly Marine high quality fuel dock always at the boaters disposal it seems there would be countless breakdowns and interruptions of one system or another if and when anything like that happens one of the greatest things about Marina Jack tenancy is the communication that comes from the management if there was interruption of any of the amenities it's communicated through email when it happens and when it has been taken care of granting us peace of mind about our vessels At your individual slip if you need help docking or repairs it's not a problem for them to respond and be there to help you tie up or fix any issues at your personal slip all with a smile and a pleasant attitude All of the facilities such as tenant restrooms showers laundromat waste pickup are all consistently well-managed clean and repaired how can you beat it I love keeping my boat here

The people were very nice and informative. The boat was very clean and nothing was broken. It was awesome getting to go out to the small untouched beaches. My family and I had a great time. My lifelong dream has been to see a manatee in the wild. I love manatees. We had anchored the boat near a beach and had lunch, then went for a swim. I was hoping, nay, praying to see a manatee. Let me add that I’m a 35 year old woman. Just when I had given up hope I wouldn’t see one, another boat comes by and shouts “there’s a manatee up ahead” and points where it is. My heart leapt with joy! I yanked my goggles down over my face and started to swim. I was swimming with all my might, staying under the water for as long as I possibly could, hoping to see that beautiful gray thick sea cow in all her glory. Nothing. I didn’t give up. I kept swimming and swimming and swimming. The man on the boat said “here, she’s over here!” I swam there. She was nowhere to be found. Lost in my need to see the beautiful creature, I couldn’t be stopped. I would finally come up for air, absolutely downtrodden with grief, gasping for air. I looked back and realized how far I had traveled from the boat. My heart shattered into a million pieces when I realized I couldn’t go any further and had to return back to the vessel.
