I can't say enough good things about North Star Jewelry! When my fiancé needed help with the sizing of an engagement ring he bought elsewhere, they were more than willing to assist, despite not making the sale. They also had previously sold him a better ring box and were one of the only stores in the area willing to do so without requiring a jewelry purchase.

After the engagement, they resized the ring and had it back to me the same day, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Every time we've visited, whether for sizing or dropping off jewelry, they offer to clean my ring for free. Their personalized text messages to check on our satisfaction with the sizing show their commitment to excellent customer service.

My girlfriends and I stumbled into North Star after a pilates session and were immediately intrigued by the bright lights coming from the store. We had never been to the store, it was raining and we had already had a chance to visit the bookstore close by. We were greeted with such care and professionalism.
