Read moreThe Hedge Team - 1233 N. Gulf Stream #802: Back in August/September of 2020 (talk about timing...COVID) we decided to move from Philadelphia to Sarasota and were given the name of Charlotte Hedge. After a couple of phone calls, we hopped on a flight to Sarasota!
Our initial in-person meeting was warm with lots of smiles. Charlotte did not begin by showing us condos ... we went on a tour of Sarasota! We were immediately engrossed in the history and heartbeat of the city, the people (everyone seemed to be smiling) and how easy it was to get around.
Only then did we begin our condo search! This approach put us at ease and gave Charlotte time to 'figure out' our expectations. At the end of our visit we a very close friend and business partner and we fell in love with a condo in Marina Towers. Unfortunately all did not go our way...COVID!!!!
Charlotte reached out to us in February with great news - she had written a custom letter to the residents of the condo to see if anyone may be interested in selling! This was a great step...the resident that lives in the condo next to the one we had fallen in love with expressed interest in selling which led us back to Sarasota and an offer on a fabulous condo!
Fast forward and thanks to Charlotte we now are scheduled to move to Sarasota in August! But the BEST "find" was a great friend which is golden...
