Galerie Elektra — Attraction in Sausalito

I stopped by on a whim whilst visiting from Philadelphia and was immediately taken with the space. Truly, an artist’s gallery in every sense of the word. The art represented here is sublime. I was immediately taken with it. Then I began speaking with Elektra. This woman doesn’t just display artwork. She breathes it. She took a significant chunk of time out of her afternoon to show me around her gallery. We discussed several artists at length. Never once did she attempt to apply pressure for me to make a purchase. Quite the opposite, in fact. She cautioned me against making a same-day decision. We have purchased art from Galerie Elektra and the customer service was phenomenal. We provided a photo of the wall where we intended to hang the piece and they emailed it back with the image of the artwork shown. It met our initial approval so we picked it up and brought it home to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. Once we looked at it on the wall we decided to purchase it.
