I've been to Gene Hiller a few times now. Each time the staff has been insanely helpful and kind. They give me a friendly greeting and ask how they can help without coming off as pushy. Honestly I need a lot of help, and these guys have come through big time for me.

I'm not a man who wears many suits, my work place is an extremely casual attire atmosphere. This leaves me pretty clueless when it comes to styles, materials, prices and fits. To add to the complexity I have a larger build in stature so seeing clothes on display doesn't always translate to my body as well. I constantly rely on the expertise of the folks at Gene Hiller.

I've worked with Tom there a few times. Simply put, he is the man. I give him a vague description of what I'm looking for (again I don't have a lot of suit experience) and he goes to work, pulling out suits and swatches. He's guided me away from styles that wouldn't necessarily work for my body, and actually convinced me to go with some more cost effective options rather than trying to push more expensive things on me. When trying on the suit before any alterations he pins or holds it in a way you can get an idea of how it will look when all is said and done. They truly want you to look and feel great.

They will tailor the suit to fit you like a glove. One of the tailors I worked with, Franco, effortlessly and painlessly figures out the perfect fit for you in a flash.

Honestly these guys are the best. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and have your best interests at heart. You are taken care of when you go in to Gene Hiller as if you are family.

Wayne at Gene Hiller is simply exceptional!!! He designed both my tuxedo look for our wedding ceremony and the dinner jacket cocktail party/reception outfit—and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the result.

He created a stunning blue Canali tuxedo with black lapels that drew endless compliments. The white dinner jacket he put me in for the reception was a huge hit and added just the right touch of elegance and flair. The photos look incredible and I couldn't be more happy.

Wayne was incredibly caring, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the entire process. He listened closely to both my wife and me, ensuring my look reflected the vibe and setting of our wedding perfectly. His advice was always spot on, and his warm personality made every visit something we genuinely looked forward to. He spent so much time with us and didn't hesitate to respond to every single text, phone call, etc. It felt like I was his only customer but he is very busy with so many customers. That just goes to show how special he makes you feel. We consider him a family friend at this point!

Franco, the tailor, also deserves a special shoutout—everything fit exquisitely. The fit was timeless and classic, exactly what I was looking for. The whole crew is exceptional you can't go wrong with any of them.

I have been shopping with Tom and his group of experts for 27 years. Gene Hiller offers a unique talent which allows the businessman to look nothing like an "off the rack" look. When I walk into a sales meeting people remark on how well I'm dressed. There's a saying, "you dress for success" which is very true. There is a sign of confidence and success, what client wouldn't want to associate with confidence and success.

Tom knew that I needed to be different, he and his staff accomplish that time and time again. Each piece is custom tailored to fit perfectly, Franco is the best in the business. The entire staff is known worldwide for their service.

Countless times I would call Tom, describe the types of meetings or dinners I would be attending, explain who I would be meeting with (Generals, Admiral's to CEO's) and what I need to to accomplish. Tom would not only suggest guidance on what to wear, if I didn't have that particular item packed, he would overnight exactly what I needed directly to my hotel. In my business it's not "baseball" you don't get three strikes, first impressions and being dressed professionally help ensure a win.

I truly believe that without Tom and the team at Gene Hiller I would not be as successful as I am. The great addition to all of this is I gained great friendships with Tom, Wayne, Mitch, Franco and the entire staff.
