The LEGO® Store Woodfield Mall — Attraction in Schaumburg Township

This place is a dream come true for some children and adults! There are dozens and dozens of different sets at this location. I saw sets I've never even heard of, like the "Friends" where the lego characters look more realistic, and there there was "Ninjago" which looks absolutely stunning with all the detail!

Customer service was very good here too. They were very knowledgeable about all of the product sets and even told us they put them together as well, I didn't even know that was a thing. We were allowed to touch some of the display items behind the plexiglass, they have a special TV that when you hold us a set it shows you what it looks like, although this TV wasn't working while we visited.

Since we visited during the holiday shopping season there was a line to get into the store, I am not sure if there's a line any other time, however, the line guiding retractable strips had lego characters so it was a bit fancier than a temporary setup.

I was a bit surprised that they didn't have any deals for Christmas, since Legos are a bit expensive I would have thought they would have had some kind of special deal. Then again, since they have lines to get in they probably don't need to have a special draw for customers.

I've visited this location on multiple occasions, but I wanted to call out my most recent experience. On May 4th, I missed the free Grogu event and was unable to build the free kit. A lovely woman (I can't remember her name) gave me the instruction sheet and a postcard for free and told me how I could order the pieces individually and ship them free to my house and left. To me it didn't really matter if the Grogu was free or not, just wanted to build him. It didn't really occur to me that I could also pick out the missing pieces on the backwall, so had to go back to the store on a different day. I was able to find 4 out of the 51 pieces that I needed, but didn't want to purchase $10 of random pieces. Emilio and the store manager Kelly gave me those 4 pieces and another 4 all for free! Every time I visit this location, I'm met with incredible customer service and friendly staff. I truly appreciate your team Kelly and for giving me those free pieces. Definitely saves me some money and those online...

Was absolutely a blast had a great time and very interactive for kids and adults of all ages. Favorite part was the stamping our books and the 4-D movie. Lunch was even affordable. Staff was great and never lost the kids interest. Downfalls, my kids saved money for this occasion they had a couple hundred dollars each to spend on a giant Lego set when we got to the store come to find out they are not connected to the Lego VIP rewards and when we got there we did not realize that nowhere in the facility accepts cash which was a huge disappointment to my children who are 11 and only have cash it was very disappointing very inconvenient and I'm just glad that we had an alternative solution but not everybody does, it needs to be posted on your website somewhere this is an...
