Collector’s Outpost — Attraction in Schaumburg Township

I HAVE A LOT TO SAY ABOUT THE STORE MANAGER NICOLE. N.I.C.O.L.E. Thats her hame in case anyone needs to know her name. She is the female that has RED HAIR THAT EVERYONE HAS DESCRIBED BELOW ME. I was so happy to go in here and buy some swords for me and my boyfriend and let me tell you. I walked in there planning to spend. I wanted all the swords of Demon Slayer but thanks to her, i walked out with only 2. One of her employees (who was a sweetheart by the way) was helping us and we wanted to see all the swords and make sure there were no scratches and NICOLE comes around her and says “how much longer?” And the girl that was helping us FLINCHED AND SAID “i’m sorry, im almost done i swear”. What?! I was in shock. And disgusted by this. That was strike one. I asked to see the Zenitsu sword and the girl used her walkie to call it out and no one answered. At this point NICOLE was helping out another client, then all of the sudden she walked away. NICOLE later comes back with THE ZENITSU SWORD THAT I ASKED FOR almost 10 minutes later AND SHE LOOKED AT ME, LAUGHED!!, and SOLD IT TO HER CLIENT. I looked at her and said “are you serious? We asked to see that sword from the back 10 MINS AGO.” The associate looked at me and said “yeah, i did call it out. Im sorry” Now, it wasn’t her fault, but i looked at NICOLE AND I couldnt believe what she had done. My boyfriend was upset and i was HEATED. She had done this on purpose and out of spite. Reason behind it? WHO KNOWS. Needless to say, I walked out of here very very upset. Nicole needs to be looked at closely because something shady is going on around here and the way her employees act around her indicated she’s doing something behind closed doors to make them feel this way and its NOT RIGHT. I should mention that prior to this incident, one of her co workers LITERALLY YELLED AT me and my boyfriend to NOT TOUCH the statues when we barely were glancing at them. Very rude and unprofessional. I am not happy and I am very upset all this that happened. Until someone talks to her about this, I will not be going back there. I have never in my life wrote a review about anything and it sucks that my first one has to be a negative one. I’m sure everyone can agree to this post. Not only is this statue absolutely incredible, it’s truly one of a kind. The Collectors Outpost doesn’t typically ship items this large, but when I told them my fiancé’s birthday was coming up, they didn’t hesitate to make it happen. They went above and beyond—shipping it out the very next day!

I genuinely wish we lived closer because my fiancé and I would be there all the time. Thank you so much, Collectors Outpost—you guys are top notch, and I’m forever grateful!
