My family visited this theater from out of state on vacation. It was clean and well staffed. When it came time to order concessions, we were disappointed upon being told that the pizza oven was broken. Okay, how about pretzels then? Hmm, sorry, that machine is broken too. Guess we're just having the popcorn for dinner, kids!

The seating is old school, mid-90s style (non stadium)- 3 of my 4 kids needed boosters to see over the seats in the rows ahead of them (not the people- the seats themselves). Thankfully, plenty were available, although my skinny 10yo was uncomfortable width-wise in the hard booster, so she made the choice to be a tad too short for the duration of the movie.

We were surprised to find out midway through the film that free refills aren't a thing at this theater! (Like I said, out of towners). Apparently, had we used a "Harkins rewards number" to order, we would have gotten free refills, but no one told us this ahead of time. We appreciated the manager comping us a free bag of popcorn "just this once" (all good because hey, just visiting, anyways!). Alas, there was no free drink refill to be had. I later learned this is because their pop machines are behind the service counter- drink refills in a postcovid world only happen in the main lobby now. Our bad for not realizing this in an old school theater I suppose. Water sufficed for the last half hour.

For a kids movie where we loaded them all up on sugar to start with, the slew of disappoints were overall no big deal. But had it been date night, we likely woule have been let down by...

Horrible. I’ll never be back. This place should be shut down. They don’t have enough staff to even sell tickets outside. They tell you with a sign to buy them online and they’ll check them inside. They don’t. I tried to buy cheese sticks inside. They said they don’t sell them there. That’s a first. Fine. I asked for nachos. They said their cheese machine broke a year ago. Ok. They gave me a cheese cup. It was completely cold. Again, ok. He goes to scoop chips from some bag under the counter without gloves and I’m like…huh? But the kicker was when I looked at the date on the cold cheese cup and it was from June 1st of 2022. Nearly 6 months ago. Heck no. When I told them the guy shrugged and handed me another. Also expired. Went to hand me a third and I said that’s ok. I said I’ll have a pizza if they’re baked fresh and he repeated, ā€œfresh?ā€ At this point I’m ready to leave. I have a free popcorn perk, but I’m wondering when that popcorn was even made. Omgosh. So I stand there and WATCH them make the pizza.

I go watch the movie. Old stadium seating and the theater is smelly and hasn’t been cleaned since the last showing. Popcorn on the ground. Just gross. It’s evening and cold outside and freezing inside. They didn’t turn on the heat or care.

The last straw was the bathroom. I had to take a picture. Mold everywhere and the toilets hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long. Black rings and stuff growing. I don’t know how they’ve passed health inspections. I’m actually glad this popped up because I need to call the...

I went there yesterday with my two sisters and my mother to see Jurrasic World Fallen Kingdom and it was a blast. I enjoy going every time. The popcorn is fresh and you have many options for candies. They have many movies playing at once and they have all the new features. When picking your seat, you have a choice of roughly 100 and most aren't filled (unless it's the premire). They offer amazing deals like throwback Tuesday and over the summer they offer a deal to view 10 movies for a very small price. The screen quality is great and they make you feel like you're in the movie, which in turn can make you jump at jumpscares. Everyone in the theater respects each other by not talking and having cell phones disabled. The only talking done is silent whispering. The seats are made so that even short people can see quite well. They have great service and usually small lines. They have a great establishment and give a discount for seniors and military. 5/5 would recommend...

I WENT TO HARKINS WITH MY FAMILY OF 7 TO SEE THE ANIMATED FILM ELEMENTAL AND I WAS OUTRAGED!!! I went up to the concessions stand to ask this teenage popcorn attendee to give us the freshest bag of some popcorn. To which he proceeded to grab the utmost bottom of the popcorn machine. I politely ask the attendee to get me some fresher popcorn. They walked over the another machine filled the bag up, and guess what happened. HE SPILT THE BAG ALL OVER THE DISGUSTING FLOORS. THEN THIS IMBICILE BEGINS PICKING UP THE DIRTY POPCORN WITH HIS HANDS AND PUTTING IT IN THE BAG, THINKING I WOULDN'T NOTICE. Infuriated I asked for a manager to which they rudely asked me to calm down. When no part of this scenario was of my wrong doing. I barged out of the theater leaving my poor children to have to miss out on the movie. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!

It has been awhile since I have gone to the movies here. Its timeless convenience, service and quality have always been nice. Very clean, friendly, professional and cinematic. Harkins has always been a top establishment for me as far as movies are concerned. Great quality, sound, comfort, prices and customer service. My go to goodies, has been the impeccable popcorn, soda and box of Red vines. During the afternoon is a great time to catch a movie, hardly any lines if any and quiet if you are not a crowded, people person.
