Sachi Nails & Lash — Attraction in Scottsdale

I’ve been coming here for like a year. Only place I’d ever go to, now. I don’t even live in Scottsdale, I drive from Glendale. I have never received bad nails. I’d been doing acrylics for like 6 years. But they introduced me to dip polish a couple months ago (instead of doing acrylics) and they do phenomenal jobs at both. They are some of the KINDEST and friendliest people I have met, and it’s not that “awkward nail salon silence” you get at some places. It’s always calming and tranquil, but sometimes it can also be hilarious and light. The place is absolutely CLEAN. Spotless and really sanitary. And I have NEVER been cut, hurt, or handled rough. These are experts and I’ve never once even been slightly hurt or uncomfortable. I’ve been to like 50ish nail salons, some in different states. And this is the ONLY one I will ever come to. Sachi Nails and Lash was an absolutely magical experience. When we went it was a very nice day so they had the door open. They breeze came in on us while they were doing our feet and it was so relaxing. Sachi Nails and Lash is perfect for all ages. We had three generations of people getting their nails done. One was a 11 year old another was a 42 year old and finally a 69 year old. The 11 year old had Andy, the 42 year old had Dan, and the 69 year old had Cici. Each person fit us perfect for what we wanted done. Dan was a the hardest massager and Cici was the more gentle massager. Andy was in the middle of Dan and Cici. All the staff were very positive and welcoming. Proof that they do a wonderful job is the 11 year old went swimming for two hours and her nail poilsh stayed on perfect with no chips. Always look for the place with the least amount of low star reviews. They have nearly zero. Expectations can get a bit overwhelming here in Scottsdale but they did a fantastic job and seemed to have a lot of return customers coming and going. Nina was extremely professional and friendly. I’m 6’7” and her massages were worth the money alone. One suggestion: some people are very particular, I would ask if the nails look good. There are very few areas I’ll need to round off myself. Aside from this tiny oversight I’m completely happy with their work and skill....
