Serenity Nail Bar — Attraction in Scottsdale

I went to AZ on a trip for a wedding for a WEALTHY boss of my husband. I looked around to find a place that was close by to my hotel and had good reviews. When I arrived I asked Jason (the gentleman that did my nails) if he could do the design I picked out with the French tips and floral design if he couldn't I would choose something else, he said yes no problem so I went ahead and got a pedi which was awesome but my nails turned out HORRIBLE. After he messed up several times on my nails making messy lines and not knowing how to do the floral design I asked him to just paint them to match my toes. In which he painted OVER the previous design leaving white showing everywhere and then to top it all off my nails started to chip and crack on the sides. My friend and I were visiting from LA and wanted to treat ourselves to a last minute mani/pedi situation. We had tried to walk to several other salons, but so many of them were cramped or didn't have their hours updated. We walked in (no prior appt) and Jenny was able to accommodate us right away. The salon is GORGEOUS and the attention to detail is noticeable right away. They've opened in covid so they have plexi glass as part of their mani set up and it looks great. The pedicure chairs are the best I've ever sat in. The treatments themselves were just flawless. Lindsay did my treatment (included scented sugar scrub, paraffin, massage and gel paint). My maid of honor and I went in Saturday evening to get our nails and toes done for my wedding my maid of honor didn't get what she wanted and her nails, well let's just say they didn't put the right color, she even asked for acrylic on her toes and told the lady more the twice and still didn't do as she asked. It's now Tuesday and my nails are already falling off, mind you my wedding is in just a few days and I now have to go and get my nails re-done.
