After reading several reviews I was really excited to try this salon. It is very clean and organized, you can tell they take pride in that and that was a great first impression. Tina did my pedicure and it was ok. I’ve never had a pedicure take only 30 minutes but I’m getting used to being back in America (was living overseas for 6 years) so I thought this is how they are now. No real scrubbing of the feel to remove the dry skin. While she was doing my toes, the man in the shop started to take off my shellac. They both looked at it and I told them it’s shellac or gel if you will and it needs to be soaked off. I said it at least twice. The man proceeded to get the filing tool and switched the head then started filing it down with that. I told him it supposed to be soaked, but he said this is fine. He was going light so I thought it would be ok. Maybe he filed it a bit then was going to soak them. Nope. He filed everything off then filed the nails more leaving them very rough. Once Tina finished my toes, she then was doing my manicure. I thought she would smooth them over but she didn’t. She did a quick clean of the cuticles and filed them with the rough side again. I told them just regular nail polish instead of shellac like I had planned because I knew how weak and thin they just made them and now my nails would need a break to get back to how strong they were. They were taken back by it pushing the gel polish but I said no. She did an ok job applying it. You can see she didn’t cover the entire nail so every nail in inconsistent. I also think they charged me the price of a gel manicure and regular pedicure in stead of regular polish for both but at that point I just wanted to be done and leave. Overall, not terrible as it can always be worse but sadly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. To those that have had luck here, that’s great, I wish I would have had it as well. Sadly I will not...

So the place I usually go to was closed so I came here. They have been here forever too so I thought well they must do a good job. I had to wait about 10 minutes which was fine but like 4 other people came in right after me. I got the most expensive package for a pedicure and added gel. This is my time to relax and usually when I get my feet done it takes about an hour because of the extra stuff on package. It was such a rushed experience because he was rushing to do other people. He slapped the scrub on rubbed it once and that was it. He added the callous remover to the bottom of my feet at the same time and scrubbed for like 1 minute for both feet. The steamed towels they use are so grossly stained and smell like mildew. My legs and feet should have been scrubbed for longer and a leg/foot massage was included in the package but I only got like a 1 minute if that massage. The man started working on another lady when the wax was drying on my feet and when he came back he tried using the same gloves he was using with another lady until I asked him to change gloves. I doubt I will be back here as I dont like to be rushed when paying for services. I come to relax and get pampered but I didnt feel that vibe nor get the services how they should have been. I paid $75 plus a $5 tip and the $2 charge for using my debit. So total was $82. My phone was dead or else I would have used zelle and...

I made a 4:00 appointment for a pedicure. I raced around all day just to be there on time. At 4:00 p.m. when I arrived, 3 walk-ins were taken in front of me and there were only 3 technicians. I was surprised and waited for them to catch their mistake. I was short on time and was told I would be helped at 4:30. At 4:30, a mother daughter walk in was then taken, in front of me. The daughter was sat in a pedicure chair, mother at manicure chair. I was then sat in a pedicure chair. The owne actually began working on the walk-in daughter who walked in at 4:30 when I had a 4:00 p.m. appointment. After 5 minutes of sitting there I got up and said I was disappointed that I was the only one there, OUT OF THE 5 being helped, that had an appointment and I was the only one not being helped. Something similar to this has happened before and last time when I made an appointment the owner said she would take me but when I got there she sat and watched TV and had someone else help me. Of course I won't ever return but I am shocked that they didn't even hesitate. There was absolutely no concern that I had an appointment and It was all about money. The last two days revolved around this appointment which was very important. No concern, no respect, no awareness....

I loved my experience here! They just newly remodeled (use to be called Pro Top Nail) and let me just say the new ascetic is so crisp, fresh, and relaxing! Very spa like, quiet with soft music overall my ideal place when I need a break and what to treat myself for the day. They have a menu you can scan on your phone (I highly recommend this) that shows you pricing and what they have to offer service wise. I did an acrylic gel fill with reshaping (my last set was super outgrown oval/ almond) and a deluxe gel pedicure total cost before task was 120$. Such a good deal for all that was included in my pedicure I even got to choose which scent I wanted for my scrub, foot mask, wax, and lotion. The women all working today were very nice and made friendly conversation with me which I always enjoy! They also offer Venmo and Zelle as form of payment as well as card. I prefer to use Venmo as I know that card processing companies charge businesses a percentage of their sales made. I support small local businesses so cash or Venmo it is for me!!

Came on a monday with an appointment and had only 2 customers ahead of me. The man that did my nails over filed to a point of no recovery. I also noticed he did not change the towel or clean any of the tools right after he finished the client before me, so sanitizing is an issue here. They rotated me between another client to do my pedicure and the female worker kept telling her client to do her manicure too even with how nice her nails already looked. Very pushy to make money when clients kept saying they don't need it done. Beware of the workers who do a bad job and pressure you to do more services than you want. I've gotten my nails done regularly in San Jose and Palo Alto for top notch work, but this place does questionable and poor quality work. I dont recommend this place.
