Check in: Arrived at 4:45. Door to office closed. Had to wait for someone to check us in. Person that checked us in was not very personable. Had a hard time hearing them due to glass window and traffic noise. On line add says vending machine ..there is no vending machine. No microwave in rm... the one available to guests is at front desk...door was locked...called front desk...no answer.... Room : appeared to be clean. Dusty, Holes in bottom sheet and blood and sweat/pee stains on mattress cover..no pillow protector s

Nice hotel, decent price. Clean rooms. Good location, close enough to the beach. You can take the bus up to Costco or the beach. Parking is available. There is no shampoo or conditioner, but there is bath soap. The only downside is that the rooms are super stuffy and warm, so we just keep the window open. Update: We found a bunch of ants in the restroom for 117. Just a heads up

Disgusting hotel. Blood stains and unknown others on the bed. Numerous of random hairs all over bed. The staff was rude and I was told after needing assistance the front desk was closed a lady in a pajamas was at the window. Her husband and herself live right next to the front desk window. Very dirty hotel.

I have stayed here before and not had any trouble this time was different and the reasons why I will not be returning to this hotel. Upon check in I was told the room I had already paid for (a single bed) was sold out and that I was going to be placed in a dual bed room,. Despite there being no additional charge (which there shouldn't be) I was informed that we were not allowed to use the second bed in the room we were now going to be in for the night. Next I was told to have a card on file (standard and no problem) , however the clerk told me they were going to charge me an additional 100$ holding fee in case of damageswhich I was not charged before. Because of the unexpected fee (which I said nothing about) I gave the lady a different card. She responded by asking me which card I had booked with, to which I responded neither, I had used PayPal through a third party website (which I did last time). This resulted in her telling me that I was not allowed to use a pre paid card to book and next time they wouldn't accept it. I politely explained it was not pre paid I used PayPal which links to my debit card and account. With that she told me it would take a minute. She went to the back room and came in and out a few more times before giving me a room key. One room key for two of us. She then emphasized that there was no smoking twice ( I don't smoke) and sent us on our way with no wifi password (like they had written on the card slip the last time). Comming in the room itself unlike our prior experience the sheets were stained and the room in mediocre conditions. While you get what you payed for this is not something I would pay for again. The only testament is that both times the front desk staff was kind despite the errors. The rooms had stained bedding, dirty and peeling wall paper, and discussing lampshades. I also found hair on the bed that...

My first impression of the motel was neither positive nor negative. I was not expecting a high-class exterior but for the location and price, it was decent. I arrived Saturday, 01/28/2023 and left 01/30/2023. The rooms are partially renovated which included the bedroom area. The bathroom was still to be renovated. The room was clean and had a nice fresh paint smell. When I arrived, I took a shower with no hot water. I thought nothing of it at first and proceeded with my stay. The next morning, 01/29/2023, I took a shower around 10:30AM and still no hot water. I called front desk, and he said the reason they had no water was because "they were full before, but you should be good now." I waited 15 minutes to turn on the shower and still the same result, no hot water. ||I left and came back later in the day and realized that my hotel key was not opening my hotel door. I went to the front desk and didn't give me an explanation as to why it wasn't working. They opened my door and said that someone else later that night would come give me a new key. No one came by and gave me a new key so I had to go to the front to get it. ||Finally, 01/30/2023, I woke up early because I had to be on the road. I woke up around 4:45AM and much to my surprise, no hot water. I looked out into the parking and realized there was only three cars in the parking (including mine). I had the water running for 15 minutes and no hot water ever came out. I quickly took a cold shower and left. ||This motel has potential, but these major complications need to be addressed as soon...

Booked this place during one of the busiest times of year, 4th of July weekend. We stayed July 2-3, one night and booked their suite since we had 6 people total. Location isn't bad. You will have to drive to anything you want but it is near major grocery stores and eateries nearby to choose from, so that's a plus. We paid $400 total so not bad but it was for just one night. But for a suite not bad. But I will say I wouldn't spend more than that. The place itself is old. There is nothing nice about the shape of this place. The room had a musty smell, the bathroom smelled of old pee almost. It just wasn't pleasant. Looks like they added refrigerators so that was nice but it was in the vanity area just awkward. Beds, they weren't the worst. They were quite firm, too firm for me. We checked for bed bugs (we check all the time) and didn't see anything. Don't pull the sheet cover off becssue that is embedded with hair. Pillows standard not enough. They had a good amount of towels which I appreciated. Air condition was extremely loud in the single bed part and kept me up. Walls so thin I felt the family watching a Disney movie next to us was in our room. Overall not bad. But I wouldn't stay there again. If I don't feel comfortable taking a shower there is a problem and the smell as just horrible. We booked off a third party site. The man was fine. Not overly nice but not horrible either. Just egh. I am glad we were only staying a night. I don't think I would feel comfortable staying...
