The coaches here are truly exceptional. Coach Chris, Taylor, and Camaira are not just knowledgeable and skilled, but they genuinely care about each member's progress and well-being. They take the time to understand individual goals and provide personalized guidance, pushing you to achieve more than you thought possible while ensuring proper form and safety.
What sets this gym apart is its positive impact on both personal health and the community. Since joining, I've seen remarkable improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall well-being. Since day 1 all of the staff and coaches have been very supportive and encouraging while starting with their basics to now leveling up and trying new exercise's every week. I have always appreciated that the coaches check in with you at the start of each session to make sure they aren't pushing you too hard and can find ways to adapt their programs to your needs, especially if you have any injuries holding you back. While I've worked with a few of their coaches, Alex has also found ways to make the training fun and try new things tailored to my own fitness goals.

The gym keeps me accountable; I rarely miss a session because I genuinely look forward to every workout. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and motivating. All of the coaches are fantastic—fun, inspiring, and deeply knowledgeable. I primarily work with Camaira and Dalton, and both have been outstanding. They’re approachable, encouraging, and make every session enjoyable.
I've also loved getting to know the other members—there’s a real sense of community. Even on days when I'm tired, I show up because SSP feels like a positive, safe place to be.
