This place is amazing. I've loved literally every single teacher I've had, the studio is clean and spacious, and is in a super convenient location. I wish their individual class prices were cheaper, but it's not bad if you go through ClassPass (plus they occasionally do some promotions if you're on their email list--also the intro special for those new to the studio is great!). This workout is killer; if you're new to Lagree, they have some intro classes you can take advantage of (it's kind of like pilates on steroids). Otherwise, I think this studio is the best of all the Lagree studios I've experienced in terms of ensuring safe, proper form. Every class is really thoughtfully created, and you're guaranteed to leave there feeling stronger. The instructors are warm and encouraging, always available for questions about the postures or help with modifications. I tried this studio after taking some classes at another place first, and I find the wider range of available class times and the more accessible/low-key vibe at Studio 45 suits me better. Don't get me wrong--I'm still sweating, shaking, and burning during every single class, but the pace and intensity of the classes feels less injurious. After just a few classes, I feel the difference in my joint stability and core strength when I'm running, walking on stairs, or just carrying on with everyday movements. The variations in the routine excites me a lot and I have seen great progress in my core strength already. I can't recommend this place enough mainly because of the positive environment created by all the instructors at Studio45. The fact that even a group class is maxed out at 10 people per class allows instructors to pay attention to everyone at class adequately and help correct the form of the clients through and through, especially if you are a beginner, while doing the exercises.
