Yikes! I've eaten here in the past and was pleasantly surprised! Until this visit sadly. A group of 5 of us. The food was up to par with Denny's, which is not what I was used to. Our water stayed emptied, my friend ordered chowder with her entree and it was never brought to the table. It was brought to our servers attention and was never taken off the check. We were not offered a dessert menu after dinner.... Nothing. We made it known this was a small birthday gathering of close friends.... Not even a mention from the staff. It was not like it was busy, the place had 2 other tables besides us. All the other tables had different servers than ours which would make one wonder? 4 of the 5 at the table currently work in the service industry, which you'd think would make us "hyper critical" to this situation. That was not the case. The bill came, we did not ask for split checks electing to pay on a SINGLE card to spare our server the hassle. Even with the service and issues with everything, still tipped over 20% sadly this server could have gotten A LOT more given who she was serving. The food was forgettable at best. I was super hungry and decided to get some kind of special entree that was a "house specialty." I can tell you that it was not memorable. My friend across from me has the lobster. It was over cooked and rubbery. The veggies were mush and unidentifiable, however they were hot mush, but seasoned with nicely with some kind of compound butter. The chowder as mentioned above and my salad were forgotten and never brought to the table. I wish I had better things to say given my previous experiences at Cedar's which were all positive. I am not sure if the Chef left or this was an off night? But it was bad enough that I will not be returning to this place..... Ever! Which is a shame because while playing in the casino? Most of our party did well and won, tipped big and had a great time. Returning to the casino is an absolute. Dining in the casino? Never again. There is a McDonald's not far, the service and food has got to be better than what we received. Sorry Cedars staff. Wish I didn't have to pen such a terrible review. Good luck!

First off, this is a beautiful casino. Very spacious, lots of machines and very clean. What I was not happy about, was that they had nothing in place, when it comes to playing on the floor, for social distancing. At the Hard Rock Casinos in Florida, every other machine is out of service, some sections even two or three. That way, for the people that do care about practicing social distancing, they can play with little worries. I was so annoyed at having to get up constantly because someone decided to sit right next to me, while there is more than 5 seats in the row that they can choose from. Or not being able to sit at a machine I really wanted to play because there was no way I could practice social distancing. They weren't counting the amount of people coming in to the casino, so I know for a fact there was more than 25% capacity in there. I'm not sure if casinos are on the list for the states mandate, but there was just too many people in there. I wanted to enjoy myself but having to always move to another machine because someone wanted to sit right next to me caused me to maybe lose my luck and my money. I haven't been to a casino in months, so this was really disappointing. I won't be going back until something more strict is in place. My problem I know...I know..but the only person that's going to care that much about me is ME.

The casino is your typical casino table games, slots. They have a cool bar and dance stage that plays some really good bands. I’m really into 80s stuff and they have some great 80s bands but they mix it up with a lot of popular music which is a lot of fun to go and check out.. the buffet can be good and then they have the higher end restaurants which are also pretty good. Interesting thing about this place is at Christmas they really go all out decorating the grounds. It’s something to see . It’s great for everyone,families , couples and it’s a very easy walk . You can push a stroller around or even bring your Dog and walk through to enjoy the lights . The set up an outdoor skating rink Which if you were so inclined, you could rent the entire place out for you in about 75 your friends I think I think it’s 75 people. They also have several little pop-up booth. They have a Santa Claus reindeer, lots of vendors, selling food and drinks and little trinkets. It’s really a nice evening out go enjoy it if it’s that time of the year. I love Christmas!!! But you can enjoy the casino anytime of the year but obviously at Christmas the whole family can enjoy the spectacular lights. My 4 star rating is overall for the casino and games . But for the Christmas decorations,skating rink and all the vendors I would rate it a 5 star !!!! Go see it.

The lights were amazing. You guys did an amazing job. I have been coming to this casino since 2017. I brought my 4 guests to this casino to play some games and spend the first day of 2024. I love tulalip Casino. I was on the video call when I entered the casino today around 10 pm. Kimberly ( worker) came and said, " i could not take video inside the casino. I immediately turned off and said sorry. Then she said, " I need to see your ID." I gave my ID. She scanned my guest's ID. 2 of them showed their IDs. One of my friend's ID was in the car . She said she couldn't let him in . I get it . She was doing her job. However, when my friend about to get his ID , she asked my 61 years old uncle's ID. I got pissed so much . His granddaughter will be 21 a couple of years from now. Why Why, why? Why ? She got the "power." She wanted to use it. Seriously?! You ask ID from 61 years old ?! We came to play. My uncle was shocked 😲 . Her customer service was 0 . She wasn't polite at all. I'm 36 years old but my uncle 61. She doesn't need to talk to players like that. For the last 6 years, not even once I was asked an ID inside this casino. I can't drink alcohol for health reasons. Husky's won the game. We were happy and spent the night in the casino. But Kimberly destroyed the mood 😒. I'll not come back again.

Biggest casino around and has more slot machines than you'll ever get to in your lifetime. Lots of crew on the ground so if your machine needs service or if you are trying to get a drink it won't take much to track one down. Very helpful if the machine does break and they're very fair if you're trying to get some of your money back. Restaurant or top notch. One of them is quite pricey and has limited hours so reservations are a must. Comps can be used at any of these restaurants which is great. A lot of people don't know this but there is a house cappuccino that's free at killer coffee. They are always busy and only seem to have one person working there so expect to wait in line. Lots of Staff in the players Club area so if there's a line it will go quickly. Kiosks are everywhere and they have promotions almost every day of the week which are fun and they have lots of free play and gifts to give away all the time. Big Casino with lots of rooms and plenty of parking. Also has a huge sports betting area with a gigantic TV that you can see from parts of the casino. Lots of high dollar slots and every table game you can imagine. Great location with great events and bands and shows. Best casino around.
