Michaels — Attraction in Secaucus

Was in a lot of rush . I was in NJ and I had to make it to Brooklyn. All I wanted was a photo album for a gift . No other Stu&#-D store has them any more. So someone told me to check out Michaels. I had gone to Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar store and no one had it Finally I went here and I rushed in went asked the cashier if they had any photo albums. Oh my God she said yes . She told me exactly where. Thank God she knew exactly what isle. I was ecstatic. I couldn't believe it. Omg. U don't know I needed this sooooo bad . I make stories out of pictures and put them in photo album . People don't do this anymore but it's such a great way to keep memories and I had just went to a sweet 16 and I took so many pictures so that I can give this as a gift to the girls mother. It cost me a lil bit of money because u have to develop the pictures from ur phone and then put them in order of the party into the photo album. Anyway I did all this and gave it to the mother she loved loved this and she cried because I don't think her phographer got that many pictures she thanked me sooo much. I understand that there’s a pandemic and greater things going on in the world around us. But I showed up to this Michaels to get supplies and I realized there’s ONLY curbside pick up which is fine and I understand. So I placed my order at 5:00pm for same day pick up. I sat and waited in my car assuming my items would be ready quick since it was only 5 things. But I got nervous around 5:30 and called the store to which they told me I wouldn’t be able to get my items until the following day. I don’t understand why the website or anywhere wouldn’t state that if you order by a certain time you wouldn’t be able to get it the same day. ALL of the advertisements says SAME DAY. I was trying to have a quick in-and-out trip. I know exactly what I wanted to look at, the jewelry section. I think I spent in total 15 to 20 minutes, with only five of those minutes in the checkout. I have the Michaels app on my phone so I have my account information and multiple vouchers and coupons in the palm of my hand, which made everything much quicker. The store is very clean oh, there was a worker who is continuously walking through the aisles and picking up things customers place down.
