Price and speed: A bit on the pricey side for the amount of food that you get, but pretty quick for a restaurant chain that isn't traditionally considered to be "fast food."
You can "skip the line" by placing your order from the self service kiosk. You have the option to wait by the pickup station for your meal, but you can also grab a pager and the employees will locate it to bring your food to you. You can even skip the line for the kiosk (there usually isn't a line, even with two of the five kiosks not functioning) by ordering directly from a table -- they're all numbered, so you include it when you order using their app.
Seating: This location has a good amount of indoor seating and some outdoor seating; enough tables that there's almost always a place to sit. There's no minimum to the number of people, but the largest tables each seem to have a space limit of four people; five, if the solitary corner booth is open, so it might be hit or miss for large groups. The tables aren't stationary, however, so they can be pulled together to accommodate larger groups, if enough are actually available.
Menu range: They have a decent selection of food to choose from, ranging from salads, to soups, to pasta, to sandwiches. They also have a wide selection of bakery items, and just about anything on the menu can be customized to your liking (within limits).
Extra notes: The chain has a "rewards" system based on number of visits as opposed to actual price of purchases, and it doesn't appear to have a daily limit, so it unfortunately seems like it could be gamed pretty easily. It is a great thing for customers, to be sure, but it makes me wonder how much they ultimately lose out from it -- especially when "missed" orders (orders placed without giving your rewards card info) can be added to a reward account after the fact.
Parking is limited in the front of the venue and is made up of rather cramped parking spots, but it is also directly adjacent to a medium-sized parking structure for the stores and the office building across the street, and there's a larger, uncramped lot with the stores next door. The lot itself is directly linked to both the other lot and the parking structure, so traversing between them doesn't require accessing...
Read moreLove this place so, much but, don't like that there worker's like the cashier isn't trained right because, my little one wanted me to purchase a banana for her and she's only 18 months old and that cashier said oh we don't have any. Then he said oh we do but, it's only for smoothies. Then the other day I was there eating like I always do because, I love Panera Bread so, much and Excellent Manager Emily who is always amazing and on top of everything saw me with a banana and I'm like no I brought it from home because, your cashier said you all don't have any here to purchase and she told me that you can purchase them here for $0.99 I was in shock because, im like others have to be trained more especially if there always working there. She told me next time tell them check the side menu. She even told me you could even buy an avocado alone. Emily is a very great manager if I were a manager in corporate I would give her 10+ stars and give her a raise and keep on promoting her. She is very nice, understanding and very helpful and a team player. I always see her working hard. I hope she gets promoted higher then she already is. Other than that great service here from Panera Staff and Emily. Thanks for everything Emily appreciate you Wish u the best moving on up. Also love this place because, if u have work to do....it's pretty quiet and love the atmosphere here very relaxing and can get my work...
Read moreTruly horrible experience at this Panera location. I went in for coffe and a sandwich to go. The coffee was out they only had decaf and after waiting for a very long time I had to leave as I had an appointment and nobody was at the register so I basically paid for coffee and left empty handed. After a couple of hours my boss asked me to join a virtual meeting where I mostly had to listen, so I went back to Panera, I still had my sandwich so I sat down and listened to the meeting while I had lunch. One of the staff kept passing in front of me and rolling eyes and making faces as if she was annoyed by my being there. I was very quiet as my meeting was mostly for me to listen in, I had a Panera sandwich in front of me that I had purchased just a couple of hours prior to that and less than 1/3 of the tables were occupied.... So this was totally unjustified, passive aggressive and just unprofessional behavior. She was exhibiting a similar behavior with an elderly gentlemen who has purchased a coffee and was filing some documents. If working people are not welcome, there should be a sign making this explicit. If not this facility manager should retrain certain staff about acceptable behavior in a public space and...
