QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Secaucus

Popped into Qdoba for the first time today and honestly, what a delight! From the moment we walked in, Derek, the general manager, was an absolute star, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to chat. You don’t get that kind of service just anywhere these days.

Eddie, the cook, deserves a standing ovation. Our burrito and bowl were spot-on, fresh, flavourful, and packed with all the good stuff. The man clearly knows his way around a grill!

The restaurant itself was spotless, bright, and relaxed, the sort of place you could happily linger over lunch and pretend you’ve got nowhere else to be.

All in all, top marks to Derek and Eddie for making my first Qdoba experience such a great one. We shall definitely be back, and next time I might even bring friends just to show off...

The cashier at Qdoba bribed me with a free medium drink if I gave them 5 stars… I don’t believe it was in our verbal contract for me to write this out explaining the exchange to you, dear reader, but alas… I couldn’t help myself. The irony of it all is I am truly enjoying this delectable meal (adobo chicken bowl), along with the lemonade I snatched up for… not free—and time is money, after all—so how does one quantify these few minutes I spent typing out this nonsense? Was it even worth the medium drink? All I asked for was a cup of water initially, and now here I am throwing words to the wind. May they land across your curious eyes, my sisters...

This qdoba restaurant has the best customer service out of all the other qdobas AND they just opened this location. I don't think many ppl realize that you can ask for extra for almost all toppings at no extra cost. Not only did they provide excellent customer service but great problem solving as well. I went there in person with the intention of using my free salsa and chips coupon knowing I already had trouble redeeming the coupon online. They apologized to me for the whole issue I was experiencing and at the end because they had some computer issue, they gave me the chips and salsa for free...
