Came in at closing so rate this how you wish. Store waa closed by a few minutes. My newer phone wasn't working and I needed to have it woeking. I'm in sales and everyone has my cell phone from over the years. Lady mouthed to me throuh the window she was closed and waved her hand. Knocked on window to show her my phone wasn't working. She crossed ger hands like an umpirw says "safe" at home plate and walked away. I'm in sales and we don't close like that. Being a weekend, perhaps the party vibes were flowing early. I also use my phone for emergenciea due to a medical condition so it's working correctly is paramount. I obviously was a big inconvenience and need to "learn my place" in this young lady's world. They offered a trade-in value of $450 but said I had to fix the small scratch which would cost less than $100. I went to get it fixed and found out that it costs over $200. I went back to get the other offer which was $215 off. They said that would be "automatically applied" after 2 payment cycles. Mind you none of this in writing. I went back and asked them to give it in writing. They said they can't, company policy! I had the store manager hand write what he promised which is if the $215 is not applied he will honor the credit. I suspect when I go to visit there will another story why they cannot. I have been a T-mobile customer for 20 years. Very dissapointed. It's time to switch to a fair and...

Tmobile internet for 14 days " We always talked about switching but hesitated . It was the best decision. 50 bucks a month! We were paying over 100 per month for just internet from Comcast. People make the switch. My son is a gamer, and we strictly used WiFi on our phones in the house to put the system to the test.NO ISSUES! It was a little tricky to connect ,but we called the tmobile tech line, and the guy their walked us through it all. We also just canceled our service from our cable provider and switched to a streaming service that was free,Just had to buy the components so we saved $250 per month.
