I was treated very poorly at this location. I ordered two soups a sandwich, one smoothie and a large coffee. Since I hadn't been at this location before I asked one of kitchen staff where I could find the coffee. Her reply lookfor tne big coffee sign. I thought it was somewhat of a sassy answer but said thank you and went on my way to look for the big coffee sign. After finding the coffee I thought it would be smart to make sure nothing was missing from my order. In fact there were no spoons for the soups and no straw for the smoothie. Again I asked the same person who I believe is a manager in the kitchen a young woman in her mid to late 20's with short dark hair if I could get two spoons please and a straw. She gave me the spoons but when I asked for the straw she gave me another sassy answer. Why don't you go where all the drinks are to get a straw. Again I'm not familiar with this location. I think there is a way to say things that won't come across the wrong way with people. I felt embarrassed even more why this stuff wasn't in the bag to begin with. Read moreI'm at Cafe # 203869 right now. My croissant is slightly stale, and that's the best part of my visit.
The decaf carafe is empty, they are out of half and half, and neither seems to be forthcoming. I requested a fresh cup so I could get a hot tea instead, only to discover the "hot" water in the hot water carafe was barely warm. Had to make two separate complaints, only to discover, while looking at my receipt, that I was supposed to receive a free treat for my trouble. (I did not, and that reminds me: I had to request my receipt).

I spoke with the Cafe Manager before leaving. I was told three times that they are "understaffed" and that such poor service should be expected until they can get their staff back up to level.
I told her not to worry about customers being an imposition because I would not be back. I am posting online reviews so other local, loyal patrons like me can do their part to help by staying away!

We placed our order waited and waited for our Email Confirmation.. So when we did not receive one we called our 1st Location closest to our Business being Seekonk, MA no one knew anything completely clueless. So as a Manager do you think he would have asked or offered to take our order over the phone or try to solve the problem ohhh NO NOT AT ALL !!! He just stated that the online service is a continued issue and we were not the only people with this problem and that was that and hung up the phone.
