Denver Mattress — Attraction in Selma

Our experience at Denver Mattress was great today. Lucas, the assistant manager, greeted my wife, dad, and me as soon as we entered the store, introduced himself, and asked for our names. As soon as we told Lucas what we were looking for, he directed us to the first mattress to try. With COVID still being a concern, he handled all precautions professionally and with ease. Lucas was very patient and informative, as my wife and I looked at 5 or 6 different beds. He even picked up on a very obscure, but solid reference and related with us very well. He shared his expertise on the different mattresses but also did not steer us to one type over another, or pressure us into a selection. Lucas went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I walked out of the store satisfied with our purchase and having a clear, and complete expectation of when our items will be at our house. In the end, we bought a queen mattress, adjustable bed frame, a twin mattress, and all the proper accessories to go along with them, and Lucas did a great job of finding us the right bundle, to walk out of the store at the right price. We visited the Denver Mattress store in Selma Texas to research which type of mattress we would like to replace our current aging mattress set with. Our original goal was only testing the mattresses and to obtain information about the various available models. Upon entering the store, we were quickly greeted by Gilbert Reyna who was able to answer every question we gave him. My wife and I really appreciated Gilbert’s in-depth knowledge of the various manufacturers and their models so that we could easily compare them. Gilbert was extremely patient with us and allowed us to lay on every model we were interested in. At no time did he ever make us feel pressured to buy anything or push us towards a specific product. With the store’s current sales promotion and Gilbert’s expertise we decided to purchase knowing we were getting the right mattress for a great price. We had an absolutely wonderful experience buying a new bed and base from Tristan at Denver Mattress. Prior to selecting Denver Mattress, we had walked through another mattress/furniture store and worked with a very rude representative—we were ready to call it a day. We decided to make a stop in Denver Mattress and take a quick look and we were so glad we did. It was a vastly different sales experience—there was no pressure, Tristan was honestly interested in what we liked and never tried to upsell us on our selections. His expertise and guidance really helped us make sense of what we liked without spending more than we wanted. His patience, humor, and absolute customer service were awesome.
