I eat Chick-fil-A approximately every other day. I would consider myself something of an expert on which locations are the best and which to avoid around town. This is the closest location to my house, so in the last 4 years, you'd think I would have visited hundreds of times. I have not. In fact, I've only purchased food here a few dozen times due to inconsistent service. I would rather drive further to another location that cares more, and I usually do. My advice to all is don't go when they are near closing time. The care and attention to detail with getting the orders correct goes away completely, and there's no recourse to get it corrected if they're closed. Missing side items, ingredients I asked to be taken off still make it on my sandwich, no utensils, wrong type of chicken nuggets, wrong type of milkshake, etc. Usually decent service during the day, but the handful of times I've been here near closing it's been sub par each time. It's especially upsetting when I'm trying to bring food home to my wife and then half her meal isn't there. Today I ordered a salad. No salad. It lists the salad on my receipt and on the bag sticker. Just didn't make it IN the bag. Transaction # 8926 at 3:55 pm on 5/29. 1 Kale crunch salad missing.
I could list off many other examples of this store being inferior to other Chick-fil-A locations. Sometimes, I order a diet frosted lemonade and a regular frosted lemonade on the same order. At other Chick-fil-A locations, they tell me which is which as they hand them to me. Sometimes, they'll even put a coffee insulation thing on one to make sure they're distinguished. At this location, every time we have to ask which is which. One time, the guy handing us the order was like "does it really matter?" I was like "excuse me?" Since then, it has become a joke between my wife and I that we can't both get frosted lemonades here. Not exactly good to have a joke about low quality service be the first thing that comes to mind about a restaurant. It's not that this is a restaurant to avoid at all cost. It's just not up to the standard that Chick-fil-A has set at its other locations. I still remember the first time this Chick-fil-A left my medium fries off my order a few years ago, assuming it was just bad luck. The large fries made it, but the medium fries were no where to be found. The second time it happened, I assumed the same. By now I've had a big enough sample size of messed up orders to say this is not a 5 star Chick-fil-A. It's okay. Meh compared to most, and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely worst Chick fil A ever. Order 7 meals, 73$ later have only 2 meals that were complete. Already went back in for the missing salad. Got home and missing soooo much food. Everyone had one or two items missing from their meals. Called store 30 times and just rang busy. When husband drove back to store he gave the phone to Zachery, who said he was a manager. When I told him about how the phone is just ringing busy he said they have no issues and actually phone hasn't rang in about an hour. Well Zachery dear, a reasonable conclusion would be then you are having phone issues, like I said, I dialed your place 30 times and then just sent husband back to the store. Upon talking to Zachery I requested the entire order to be redone. Some had fries but no entree. Some didn't have any of their food. Some had entree but no fries. Some had no drink. We literally had pieces to our meals. He said he could not replace the entire order. I explained that I didn't eat my fries because I didn't have my drink or entree. And that some didn't eat their entree because they didn't have fries or drink. Like how would you not replace the order. He put me on hold and came back and said "Unfortunately, our policy says we can only replace the items you are missing". Wow! He did have one thing right, it's definitely unfortunate for us, huh, seemed to be his goal, for the experience and service to be absolutely unfortunate and unforgettable for us. He asked me what items I was missing but didn't write it down because then my husband called back like 20 minutes later and said he forgot what I told him and needed to know what I was missing again. Wow. Over 1.5 hours later my husband comes home with the odds and ends to what was suppose to be complete meals. We didn't eat it. Absolutely waste. When I told Zachery I was one million percentage dissatisfied with his customer service and resolution to their mess up and that I plan on speaking with owner about this he said, "Well ma'am that's your prorogative". Wow! He is so nasty and uncaring. I have never been treated this way at other locations. Avoid this location. Your hard earned money deserves respect and your entire meals your paid for complete and right the first time. And while my husband was there he said several customers came back in from drive thru with some type of issue. Zachery may not be right for this job. I will be calling and requesting a full refund now. I was just asking for replacement food but now I will be requiring my money back....

We are a family of 4 and had decided to dine-in on this particular day. While eating there signature waffle fries, I bit down on something inside the butt end of the waffle fry. When I bit down I heard a cracking sound which immediately caused pain to my back teeth. I fished around with my tongue to find the item. When I spat it out it was a tiny black rock of some sort. I immediately notified the staff and the manager on shift didn't seem to have any compassion towards me with whatvI just experienced.
I ended up going to my dentist who stated that I may need a crown or potentially a root canal. I provided Chick-fil-A's insurance adjuster (Alyssa Coleman with a photo of the reciept along with the rock that was in my foo and also with a copy of the findings of the dentist.
Today 06/13/24, over a month later, I received the results from Chick-fil-A's insurance which read..."As a result, we are unable to assist you with any costs or expenses related to this incident. Operator 12344 Janell Edwards sincerely regrets this unfortunate incident occurred. As a valued customer, we hope you can understand our position."
I am a military retiree with 21yrs of ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE and now continue serving as a local LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. The last thing I would do is lie and try getting a payday from a food chain restaurant. When I initially spoke to their claims adjuster, I made that very clear. I informed Ms. Alyssa Coleman that I just wanted to be made whole and cover my dental bill and nothing more.
I will now contact Chuck-fil-A Corporate Office because this is not fair to me or any other patron who eats at a Chick-fil-A and have something like this happen to them and be told you have to cover your own dental...
