Oct 9 for a 1:40 showing of Addams family 2. Manager or supervisor guy was taking our order and got it wrong and was pretty rude about it. The seats and floor were covered with popcorn and trash and then halfway through movie the lights came on and I left to tell some one but they did nothing to fix it or give anything to compensate for it. When we told the same manager bout the lights and trash and food everywhere on seats and floor he said that we still watched movie and that we didn't tell the right person and then gave alot of attitude without compensation for anything. Other than all of that the movie itself was good but the seats need to recline more back and that made your head tilt forward which was kinda painful the room was cool enough to not need a blanket or jacket so that's what earned the 1 star. The manager or supervisor guy needs some adjustments and the rooms need to be cleaned because this is the service that makes theaters go out of business. Please fix...

We were in the theater and apparently 6 other people mind you is grown adults complained about an autistic kid. He was clapping a bit but hes excited that's how he expresses himself. But the majority of the time he was watching the movie. Then one of the workers told me I had to step out. But for the flash movie there was a little baby in there probably crying and doing the same. Read moreOh Wow! I honestly didn’t think this place had it in them! When you first drive up, it has a very old-school look, but the moment you walk in, everything changes. The customer service is on point, the snacks are fresh, and the chairs are super comfy!
The ticket and snack prices are GREAT, but what truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. To think that 90% of the staff are teenagers and yet they were all so respectful, kind, and helpful. That’s not something you see everywhere these days!
