A true LBI classic. I've been playing here for 30 years now. My family has played it since it opened in 1969. Almost nothing has changed, and that's the beauty of it.

Start your round with a warm welcome from Kirk, who's owned the place as long as I can remember. He'll help you find the perfect ball to play no matter your color, pattern or sport preference. Each hole is simple yet deceptive and you'll have a blast cheering on and jeering those you play with. No crazy caves, bridges, water or sand traps. Just old school mini golf in retro colors. End the round with a stroke of luck on 18 and you might get a trophy. No matter what, you'll get a lollipop. Finish under 33 and get your name on the wall!

It's a VERY rare thing when you get a business owner on the phone so easily - and to me, that's pretty special. That's someone who typically takes pride in what they do.

Our family has been coming to LBI since the late 80's. We've seen it change a lot over the years but glad to see Bill Burr's Mini Golf has pretty much stayed the same for decades. The great thing about it is, it's the perfect family place. The holes aren't too easy but aren't too hard either. It has the great fun and quirkiness I think a true mini golf course should have. It's a great mix for a wide variety of people.

Additionally, the upkeep is wonderful. Everything worked well, looked good, and the flowers were amazing.

Recommendation: if you're coming with a large group, call ahead and plan to come early (it makes life a lot easier in many ways). Also important, I think it's cash only. I know that's rare now adays but...

Flamingo Mini Golf is hands-down the best mini golf on LBI, and honestly the best we’ve played anywhere, including other shore towns. Whenever we’re in LBI, it’s our daily tradition to come here. The courses are always well-kept, fun, and challenging in the best way, and the whole atmosphere feels like classic summer at the shore.

What really makes it special is Kirk. He’s the heart of the place, funny, warm, and welcoming every single time. He’s also incredibly accommodating. One night after a long day, he was closing up and a group came by. Instead of turning them away, he stayed late so they could play. That kind of kindness and good spirit says it all. He’s just a super nice and funny guy who makes everyone feel at home.
