My husband and I went to Sachs to get wedding bands back in Spring/Summer 2021 and had a great experience with staff. They were very kind and communicative, and worked with us to find the perfect rings. We placed our orders and I had also decided to go for a resize on my engagement ring. All three were stunning when returned. My husband's ring had to be specially sized as they said the type of ring he was buying couldn't be resized in the future. That's fine and still is, but it had a rose gold cylinder piece that began to spin a few months after the wedding. It's still inside the ring, but we were both shocked when it started to do that. About 8 months after our wedding, my band actually snapped. I called Sachs to let them know this had happened and they had offered to repair it, but after two broken rings we had decided to go somewhere else for the repair. I never felt compelled to leave a review because the staff truly have been kind. But today I am leaving one to announce that now two and a half years later, my engagement ring has also snapped. I don't have a great camera so it's tough to see, but there were two points you could see on the inside of the ring where the welding for the resize took place and that's where it snapped today. It is also how my wedding band snapped. Maybe it's a faulty metal issue, I'm not sure, but for all three rings to break we are just really disappointed. And for context of what we were doing at the time that they broke, I went to remove this one before cooking. Not something I do often but this was a hands-on thing and it snapped as I was removing it. For my wedding band, I actually hadn't noticed until it caught my shirt but I was home cleaning. My husband was working remote when he noticed the center part of his ring began to spin. Make your own opinions on how durable a ring should be in these tasks, but I haven't known many couples to break their rings like this. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff, but as far as resizing/quality goes I would advise people to...
Read moreI have 2 experiences with Sachs Jewelers. My initial visit had me on edge because of my budget and my concept of individuals that work in jewelry stores tend to look down on customers, especially ones that look like me and that don't have a lot of money to spend.
The sales rep Julie was nothing but professional and worked with me to explain the diamonds, and stay within the confines of my budget (which was not a lot). I had never heard of a moisenett diamond, but with the time frame of needing a band, and my budget the jeweler was able to assist with both.
All the women that was working was nice as pie, and assured me that I should never feel uncomfortable about visiting a jewelry store (ever). That did put me at ease.
To also find out that Julie could support the work I do with possibly trinkets from Sachs sealed the deal that I went to the right place, because prior to walking into Sachs, I had visited 2 other locations and was going to another if Sachs didn't work it.
Today, I picked up my beautiful ring and feel like I could not have made a better choice by stopping at Sachs.
I felt welcomed and know that in the future I have found my jewelry location, if I should be looking to purchase more bling.

Read moreHighly recommended! Staff were great to work with, very patient and helpful, and going forward this will be the only jeweler I use!
Let’s start from the beginning. My engagement ring was purchased through Kay jewelers (never again will I spend my hard earned dollars there). The ring that was purchased at Kays was defective. After months of fighting with kays and not hearing back from them we finally decided to just look elsewhere to have the ring repaired.
Then we met with Mila. We explained our concerns with the ring and how the diamonds were falling out. She threw on her magnified lenses, examined the entire ring, and then gave us her honest opinion on how she would be able to repair it. After going over some different options we decided to move forward with the repairs.
I couldn’t be happier! All of my concerns were addressed. The ring looks better than it ever has and I’m so happy to finally have it back with the diamonds secured and not have the constant fear that I’ll be losing them.
Not only was Mila such a big help, but she also referred me to a few staff members to get my ring appraised and insured.
I’m so incredibly pleased with the ring and my entire experience working with Sachs. We will...
