Long Beach iRepair — Attraction in Signal Hill

My experience at LB iRepair began when I fell off and onto a ladder with my Samsung Galaxy S8 in my back pocket! It was a month before I realized not only did I crack the screen but crushed/shattered the back of the phone as well. It worked fine for a month and then the touchscreen stopped responding so I took the phone case off and made the heart crushing discovery. I have had this phone for years and use it for EVERYTHING! I'm not a person that likes change and I HATE if/when I have to get a new phone. I thought for sure my phone was a gonner. The SIM card holder was broken in 3 places as well. I read really good reviews about the shop and the owner Josh. I was preparing myelf for the worst and at the very least I figured I would be without my phone for days. I walked in and immediately felt good vibes (it didn't hurt that Josh had his cute dog, Molly, on his lap!) Not only did Josh have my phone fixed in an hour, when I realized the next day there was a photo file missing that contained ...wait for it....15,000 photos! All of my other photo/screenshot/download files containing thousands of images were there but not my main camera roll. Josh went above and beyond to diagnose, fix and recover 15,000 memories! It would be nice to never have to go back again but unless I wrap myself and my phone in bubble wrap it is highly likely that I will need his services again. It is comforting knowing I have the best phone hospital and phone doc to take care of my cyber child! I would recommend this place to anyone that needs quick, honest and fairly priced work done on their phone....Six star review.......the extra star is...

If I could leave 0 stars I would, you mean top tell me people pay 400$ for original iPhone parts and they only give you 60 day warranty? Ridiculous! I would not recommend this place and if you do end up going please get the cheap screens clearly their “original ones” do no work, don’t spend your money, they are a scam. They said I did this 10 months ago and claim my water could’ve come in contact with water or any other liquids, I know how I take care of my phones and I have every single iPhone I had ever purchase. I’ve never had an screen problem before I’ve only cracked one and I had the bad luck to choose this place to fix it. Now I’m not leaving this review toi get something out of you as I made it very clear I do Not wish to do business with this store again. I’m only making others aware to ask for their warranty policy. This was an issue that I just started having two days ago how come this just happened? I think it’s very funny how you mention you offer to take a look at my phone but you don’t mention how you took my personal number and harassed me with a bunch I of texts asking for me to buy another screen with you. 1st i Pay $130. the guy said i have 6 days warranty if same problem exists bring it back. After i get the pc, the next day the problem still exists gaming pc wont turn on. So i bring it back to check them. So i pay “another” $100 because they said they did a little extra work (what happened to 6 days warranty)??? I shouldn’t pay if i have warranty!!! And also again the next day the problem “STILL EXISTS” gaming pc wont turn on. All in all i paid them $234 its like throwing my money for them but gaming pc didn’t fix… i think they only expert for phone repair not the computer!!!! The pc will not get fix for cleaning inside etc when the problem is the hardware and need to be replace!!!
