Kitsap Regional Library, Silverdale — Attraction in Silverdale

Great little library. Staff are very friendly and willing to help you find what you need. Impressive summer reading program lets kids earn a free book at 10 hours of reading and a tshirt for reading for 100 hours. Adults earn a mug at 10 hours and a tshirt at 100 hours as well. Parking can be challenging but eventually the library will move to the old CK High school building. Until then, this is a super resource place. Incredible collection of manga (graphic novels). Love the brand new library, they just opened this building this April of 2022. We waited a week to check it out for the crowds to ease off. Just like all the library branches the librarians we encountered were very outgoing in wanting to help us and guide us to the new sections of the facility. If they don't have the book/media in here at this branch they can easily request it from one of the other ones in the county, or even an inter-library loan. I look forward to exploring this site more...

Great library!! I bring the kids here to give them that old school feel that there is a place to actually borrow books from and return them to. Also the library has a tree house for little ones to play. They also have study rooms for your older students they can use to have study sessions and whatever they may like to do. We have use it a couple times for my oldest to study. We actively go here at least once every two weeks and the kids love it. Place to keep in your back pocket especially...
