Brown Bear Car Wash — Local services in Silverdale

I actually have a membership, and previously would have gave 4 stars. Today I went thru, as I inspected my vehicle (like I always do before and after a car wash) my car was covered in (white paint chip looking) chips all over. Further inspecting some were worse than others. These white paint looking chips were even on my glass window further knowing this is the cause of the car wash. I got ahold of the manager Jessica. And she asked me to come show her, I did, and the response I got "oh these look like rock paint chips from driving on the highway". These were definitely not so, even so, I could scratch off some of the white paint chips. But still response was "it was from rocks" even thou it's clearly a paint like substance. This caused damage to my paint and covering my vehicle. I've been ahold with corporate. And I'll update to rating in what kind of a response I get. Should we have to worry bout our new vehicles getting ruined from a car wash? As I said before, this is the first problem I am having. I like to keep my car crispy and clean, I know what my vehicle looks like and those hundreds of white paint chips were cause by the carwash here...

Paid for 2nd highest level wash which included tire/wheel cleaning. When the worker finished his mediocre drying job, I asked if he'd done the wheels. He said he was new there and "didn't know." I said I'd paid for wheel cleaning and wanted to make sure they'd been done. He again claimed ignorance and then informed me that I was "irritating" him, and calmly lit up a cigarette.

I pulled around to complain to the manager, but rather than reprimand the employee for his blatant rudeness, she went on the defensive and treated me with similar disrespect. A third worker appeared from within and began mouthing off to me, as well. Then they so much as accused me of trying to scam them for a free wash as apparently this wheel-cleaning question has come up before.

My first time there, and certainly my last. Are you reading this, Mr/Ms. Owner? Is your staff reflective of your own attitude towards your customers, or is it just that difficult to find and hire workers in Kitsap with even the most basic of customer...

LIZA(manager) of the Silverdale BB , went over and above in dealing with and actually fixing(rubbing out) a long rubber like marking on my BMW X3.I had just had my car washed at Brown Bear this morning and thought it might have occurred at the car wash. She very professionally handled the issue and looked at their camera and determined the lond marking was not on the car going in or out. She determined and I concurred that BB was not responsible .Liza nevertheless said she would buff and rub it off...which she did right away and my car looks great.And did I mention...FOR FREE! As it turns out my wife was the culprit and swiped my car side with her car's passenger side mirror!! Kudos in the highest to Liza and Brown Bear for her above and beyond effort which is why I have been a long time customer and monthly car wash program member.Brown Bear and Liza really do care about my car as much as I do!
