The bottom line, they don’t care about your flight timing or anything. Even booking 7 hours before my flight time was not enough with these shuttles. They just pickup and load up their van to the full and then drop you at the airport regardless of you missing the flight because of all their pickups. And acts as if there is nothing wrong on their side. I give it to the driver for bringing us safely through snow storm, but epic costed us epic amount of flight changes for missing the flight for 4 people, booking new flight, hotel room and missing school and work for our entire family.
The story, our flight was at 8:45 pm, as we are very cautious people especially for travel, we booked epic from Breckenridge at 1:45 pm. That’s like 7 hours a head. Ideally to travel from Breckenridge to Denver airport it takes 2.5 hours. Because of snowstorm that day, I thought our plan worked perfectly and we will still catch the flight. When epic van came in, we were the second party to get into van. Then drivers loads bunch of other parties till 3pm. There were 2 empty seats. He receives a call to pickup 2 more people. ???? Here , we as out of towners know that we need to go leave early as 1. weather is not good and 2. there will be traffic as it’s one highway for the whole mountain to go to airport. As experienced shuttle company. You should be well aware of it.
Well, they don’t care, driver goes and picks up 2 more people to fill capacity. Now it’s 4 pm. He then starts from the hill, where obviously we hit the traffic and storm. He dropped us at the airport at 9pm. Have we started at 1:45pm or atleast 2pm, we would have been home by now.
I completely don’t recommend such company for your travel needs at all. On top of it, there was no water as a courtesy in that shuttle. Peak1 express had bottles of water for your long travel.. If you are booking, get your own bottle.

Read moreI have used the CME transport three times after flying into Denver and needing a ride to and from Keystone. The service has always been wonderful, even when dealing with flight delays, etc. Last night's service was by far the best. After missing a flight, I called and left my number for a return to call. Arthur called back quickly and was wonderful about rescheduling me on a later shuttle. CME really had to do a lot of rescheduling because of major weather disruptions in the Denver area. When I finally arrived I was put on the next shuttle to Keystone and we all lucked out to have Julius as our driver. He went way beyond expected customer service. It was very late by the time we reached Keystone, seems everyone on the shuttle was staying in different locations, and most of us had not eaten since very early in the day. We were able to order pizza from the shuttle and pick it up once we arrived in Keystone. We got there just before they closed. Thank god for that as I was starving and there wasn't any place else open at that time. Taking each of us to our rentals was a challenge in itself as it was dark by then but Julius made sure each person found the exact location/condo, etc. even getting off the shuttle and using a flashlight in the dark to locate exact unit numbers. It was late and Julius still had a long ride back to Denver, but he was very professional, extremely helpful, and went way beyond what was expected. I got one text that they were running a few minutes late and 35+ minutes later still no car and no further communication. I organized transport for almost a hour later, still with no epic shuttle having showed up. The manager on duty Edgar refused to refund me the full amount, insisting that I need to pay a cancellation fee for a service that was never provided. He was unwilling to understand why I would be even a little upset that my transportation that I paid for an organised to go to an international flight never showed and felt I should have waited there forever, quite shocking for someone who purports to be a manager and in a position of customer service.
