Where do I begin?

I worked with Heather on a variety of requests over the course of our wedding weekend. We needed catering for about 50 people for our rehearsal dinner/open house, a chip and dip table, cake and cupcakes for our wedding day, as well as breakfast for the goodbye breakfast. All of these requests included several different allergy alerts and dietary restrictions.

The open house food included their delicious smoked brisket with a couple of sides and a vegan/gf lasagna. You didn’t have to be df/gf to enjoy the lasagna - it was outstanding! They even provided serving dishes and utensils for us to borrow.

For the wedding, we had authentic Mexican food provided by a different caterer for our main course but wanted to do a more tex mex chip and dip table in addition to the tacos. Heather made delicious chunky salsa, guacamole and queso for this request. I kept hearing about how yummy the guacamole was!

My cake was the gf carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and we also provided some vegan/gf cupcakes for folks with dietary restrictions. Both were delicious but the carrot cake is to die for!

Finally, we wanted to offer an easy goodbye breakfast option for our out of town guests. I gave guests different breakfast burrito options when they rsvp’d and handed the order off to Heather for that morning after. Our guests were able to come to the bakery, pick up their burritos and drip coffee, and enjoy in Blue Bird Market. This was a super cost effective way to do a morning after-wedding breakfast. Not to mention, the burritos were tasty! Once again we were able to accommodate dietary restrictions for this as well.

An incredible job delivering a Birthday cake for me with such a short notice. They go above and beyond. They made the cake happily and because of that I was able to enjoy a SCRUMPTIOUS cake on my birthday. The first time that I came to this marketplace bakery I knew that it would become my Go To spot. It quickly became near and dear. Since then, stopping by to take something home from their menu has been incorporated to my weekly routine. Whether it's their delicious rack of ribs, Burnt Ends(to die for), Pork Shoulder, or Beef Brisket. I always pair it with a dessert because It's a must. That's how I fell In love with the place after all, I came in a and saw their showcase of pastries. When I saw the cheesecake on the shelf with flavors to choose from I knew I had to taste. Anyone who knows me knows I love cheesecake and I easily say its the best I've ever had, so I come in religiously to have a slice. The ingredient list on the cheesecake container is kept very minimal and that's how I knew this bakery knew what they were doing. Afterwards I've tried out a great selection of their goods, and even their bread and dinner rolls served warm is absolutely game changing. Don't miss the opportunity to try this place out. I live in Pennsylvania, I was visiting Frisco, Colorado on a friends skiing trip for a close friend’s birthday. I wanted to surprise her on her birthday with a cake. As I was doing research, I came across Colorado Marketplace and Bakery. That is when I met Heather, the head baker/owner. Heather has been incredible to do business with. She is on top of communication. She wanted to ensure every detail of the cake I was envisioning would come to reality. Her heart and passion for baking and cake decorating was super evident in the outcome of this cake. The presentation was so elegant, the cake turned out beautifully and it tasted amazing!!!!
