I am writing in order to express my sincere gratitude to Bill Selig, Gail and the team at Bill Selig Jewelers, located at 712 Hopmeadow Street Simsbury, CT., for their superb work on a jewelry piece I requested they create.

At the outset, Bill, Gail and the entire Bill Selig Jewelers team were friendly and professional when responding to my questions regarding the piece’s design and metal. Their responses exhibited the depth of their industry knowledge and familiarity with the practical implications of favoring one metal over another. The metal used in jewelry designed for everyday use, and subject to daily “wear and tear” should be different than the metal used in those pieces that see less use. The team at Bill Selig Jewelers was able to accommodate my design specifications for the jewelry piece I requested. Given their past projects, the particular piece I needed was, certainly, not a “big ticket item” for the team at Bill Selig’s Jewelers. Nonetheless, they skillfully and artfully performed the design work with the meticulous attention to detail that some jewelers reserve solely for larger more opulent projects.

Bill Selig Jewelers came highly recommended when I was inquiring about getting my great grandfather’s ring sized that has now be passed down from my father to my nephew. I was getting the ring sized for him for Christmas and did not think it would be possible to have it back in time. Bill Selig assured me he would rush the order and have it back in time for Christmas and he did just that. I had the ring back in time and it came back looking amazing.

At that time, I also dropped off my father’s Seiko watch (that has also been passed down to my nephew) as the face was scratched and needed to be replaced. I recently got the watch back and it came out beautifully.
