I'm going to add my 5 star review to all the rest! You have to go check this place out if you are in the market for jewelry of any type. It's conveniently located across from Target. If they don't have it - they can get it or make it custom for you. If you have something broken - they will fix it. They repair in-house. That's what I had done last week with a ring of mine. It was fixed and then dipped and it looks brand new. The staff is very friendly and know their stuff. They have a "no pressure" sales approach. I have been dealing with Joe for years and have always found him to be honest and to sell me a great product at a fair price. He can take a idea I have of what I want - put a different spin on it - and I end up with something really special. 10/27/23 Update - I had recently had them create another piece for me. I walked up to the door to go in the store and didn't realize they were not open yet for the day, so I turned and headed back to my car. As I was walking away, someone opened the door and told me to come on into the store. Long story short, my wedding ring had some damage after going thru the washing machine. We were leaving for Europe later in the day and I just wanted to have one spot that was rough polished. They not only polished my ring, they also fixed the band that had cracked and sodered it back together, and it was finished about an hour after I first walked up to the door that day. I was missing one of my stones on my ring and I had Patty and Joe take a look at my ring. They were able to give me quote on replacing the stones with diamonds that I couldn’t pass down. This ring means the world to me because it’s part of a major impact in my life. It symbolizes my Catholic faith and it’s a memory of a special lady name Bernie. When I started my SOS Thrift Store journey, Bernie was there and she welcomed me with arms wide open. She gave me so much advice, laughs and tears. This ring reminds me of her as she’s now one of my angels looking down. My Jeweler is an amazing place to go to and makes you feel like family.
