Serendipity Studio Gallery & Gifts — Attraction in Sioux Falls Township

There's so much I want say in this review. I happened to come across this amazing art gallery by chance. It was week of Valentines Day 2025 and -11°F 🥶 and my very first hopefully not my last layover into Sioux Falls, SD. Before my crew and I had to work the flight to Chicago I went exploring, initially for food lol. During my exploration this huge building that housed the asian restaurant I was wanting to dine for lunch had less than 30 minutes till opening peeked my interest. Upon walking in the entrance doors I was captivated by the psychedelic painted white piano to my right and intrigued by all the art on the walls of both the lower floor and upper floor where I found the Serendipity gallery. After inspired by the photography and painted art I had to walk in and browse the beauty and creativity displayed. Each art piece that caught my eye was validated by a beautiful story of both the artist and some of their artistic approach that took place w/ their displayed art pieces. Mahalo (Thank you) to the very talented and creative Ms. Laurel Lather for sharing her self through her art and for inviting me so warmly w/ each piece of art I asked her about and their artists incredible views and techniques. I highly recommend exploring the phenomenal local talent displayed here and take a lil' art w/ you by supporting these stunning pieces of pure raw talent and art. I look forward to many more future visits here. And to the Artist Mr. Mark Fry, I love the Take Out piece displayed in the art competition room (red theme). As luck or fate would have it, I learned of this relatively new art gallery on Phillips street downtown. My new friend Mecca, an amazing artist shows some work there. I learned that the owner was a former manager at Hobby Lobby who I worked with and through word of mouth we ended up having a conversation. I had not heard of the gallery even a week earlier. We met up and brought my portfolio and 3 paintings.
