This was my third or fourth time visiting this place. The first time was great. The second time, I went with a friend who knew the Snohomish area, excited, because antiquing is fun! However, I was profiled, and nearly every employee in the store asked to hold my belongings at the front. That had never happened to me on my first visit. The most recent time was on 9/8/25, my birthday. My mom and sister had just flown in from Texas. The same thing happened again, and this time, I was more cautious. I noticed every employee in this store peeking around corners and watching us. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place if you're Hispanic. I had been warned about racism in Snohomish, but I had never experienced it…until I shopped here. The store was filled with white employees watching our every move, making sure we didn’t hold anything we planned on buying. They even made sarcastic remarks during checkout. Shop at your own risk, but be aware that they are watching your every move. I have receipt proof I shopped here, both from my bank, reciepts I always keep, and photos inside and of items. Will add photo proof if they try to say im lying. With...
Read moreGreat variety of styles available here! Most booths were well maintained, there were very few dusty & unloved spaces, which says to me that their dealers are attentive and onsite frequently. I was hunting for uranium glass, as usual, and though there weren't as many dealers carrying vintage glass as other malls, I found an absolutely stunning antique coin dot bowl for a fantastic price since the had not identified that it was antique OR uranium glass! I found the store easy to navigate and spacious, which is always a bonus. No bathroom inside but there's a public restroom just across the street. They were happy to hold my finds at the front with a little numbered clip (much like a coat check) while I continued browsing, which is a great system! I got a couple items at the end of my trip - the gentleman working the counter tallied up my items and announced the price with not even a breath of space for me to negotiate, so not sure if their policy is no discounts from any dealers or if this guy was just a steamroller. Either way, the UG bowl was enough of a bargain that I was happy enough to leave without asking for a deal on my...
Read moreHeads up for anyone that's BIPOC coming into this store:
I liked the flea market vibe and random assortment of old stuff. However throughout my entire visit I was followed by the tall heavyset woman with long gray hair. I thought she was another customer until she asked to hold my items at the front, which was strange since other customers were able to walk to around with their selections with no issue.
Not long afterwards I saw her hovering close by, to the point that I did a few intentional back and forths to confirm I wasn't imagining things. Sure enough there she was, acting as if she was arranging things and giving me the eye, all completely unnecessary with how much video surveillance there is in the store. Major buzzkill.
There are many, many other antique stores in this little city center so I moved on and didn't let this experience...
