Echo Ridge Apartment (ERA) property manager, Suzy, messed up our original paperwork and made us re-apply while she gave our desired apartment to another prospective tenant. They then quickly pressured us into another apartment.
After staying in this unplanned apartment for about 2wks, we realized they had pre-existing bedbugs and did not disclosed this, and even tried to blame us for bringing it in. Suzy stated they would do a "non-chemical" treatment to the apartment. Later, Suzy and Philip admitted to treating this pre-existing bedbug issue a couple times over several months prior to us renting this apartment.
My 5 year old and husband were in and out of the ER for anaphylactic toxic pesticide exposure but could not be treated because ERA property management would not disclose the pesticides used until forced by litigation. My 5 y/o lost 6lbs and my husband and I became very sick and severely sleep deprived over the course of this ordeal. We had to throw away about 95% of our bedbug infested/soiled and chemically ruined belongings while still paying for 2 months rent!
After speaking with ERA higher management, they changed the contract so if we were to move into another ERA apartment we could not warn and expose their bedbug issue to the Snoqualmie Community/public. My ERA neighbors let me know of some other serious health hazards from shady but cost effective decisions from property management.
After 2+ months of throwing out belongings and cleaning the apartment and litigation, we STILL have no refund of our paid rent and found dozens of LIVE BED BUGS upon leaving the Echo Ridge Apartments!
Echo Ridge Apartment has no integrity, transparency, genuineness, nor altruism. They are negligent and dangerous to the community for not stopping their insidious pests but more importantly their decision to allow a potentially...
Read moreThe on-site management gals really work for the renters. When things don’t turn out perfect, they do whatever they can, within the company parameters, to get things back on track. The assistant manager, Carly, is extremely caring, going out of her way to facilitate even the simplest need. Whether you put in an official request or just talk to her in passing she makes sure the job gets done in an appropriate amount of time with 100% satisfaction. We were having a difficult time with our sink faucet when we first moved in and not only did she ensure it was replaced the very next day she also called that afternoon to double check it was all working correctly. Again, few days later, she called just to make sure it wasn’t dripping or causing us any trouble. What an angle! Taking that extra step really meant a lot to us and continues to make us feel valued as tenets. I never have reservation about visiting the rental office if Carly is in because I know I will be greeted with a warm smile and caring heart. Tom is also an excellent handyman. After a long day at work I accidentally smashed a jar on the ground by my car. He just so happen to be walking his dog (after hours) and saw my struggle, he Immediately told me not to worry about it that he would clean it up in the morning before I had to leave. Life is not always perfect but I am grateful to have these employees full heartedly there for me when...
Read moreWe had a wonderful soft landing into our apartment, this Spring. Our apartment was clean and ready, with new appliances, we didn’t have to ask for them. I’m impressed they knew to get new ones. We had to ask for a few things to be taken care of, they were all done by the end of the week. And they left the place clean. Chris and Anthony are incredible at managing maintenance.
I can’t say enough about Ashley’s help, I was sick while filling out the application online and she was so patient and kind with her help that day and the days to follow.
The new guy, Mike, was helpful with the pool wristbands, and politely filled me in on his joining the team.
Echo Ridge has a wonderful group of people and we are looking forward to meeting more.
Our granddaughters come visit us for time at the pool and are making friends.
So far Echo ridge and our apartment are just what we needed. We are calling it Home. The nice part, at our older age, we don’t have to do any yard work and the grounds are beautiful, with plants I love!
The walks to excellent restaurants and a healing garden, where I have had a massage and facial, excellent too, are All close by, including UPS.
And sometimes Amazon can deliver the same day.
We highly recommend checking this place out. We are glad we did.
Also, the people working here really care and do take care of the...
