The Birdsell Mansion — Attraction in South Bend

We paid for a tour of this building and were denied because they had closed it down due to squatters. Basically just took us on a walk through South Bend and pointed at some of the buildings said to be haunted. Went to the basement of typicano place which isn't really that haunted. We did witness one spirit blinking, but that was it....

I cannot say I visited, as architecture and history interest me, as I had noted the earlier reivews, years old, that it was vacant and falling apart - biking past last weekend back from the Art Fest a restoration truck and trailer were pulling out so it appears it is being saved...

The ghost tours they do on the weekends are awesome! Even if you're not into the paranormal, it's a awesome to see the inside of an old mansion. Corbyn run the tours and does a great job. I've met a lot of friendly people on...
