Had been putting this review off because was wanting to give chance since I've shopped here since they opened, but today was the day. Where I completely hated every aspect of my experience at this store. I went in early to get breakfast and beat the weekend traffic. I go to order my pupusas and after waiting for 25 minutes my food was not ready and had just been started when I went to ask what the delay was? I was told they are fresh and take longer to cook, which i understand. What I don't understand is why there is only 1 person cooking (especially on the weekend) and she was more focused on all the "easier" things to push out faster (since there was a long line). I finally got my food and it was terrible. Definitely not worth the almost 30 minute wait. I decided to let it go and just do my grocery shopping. I only needed a few things but apparently all the carts are stationed in the parking lot, so I had to settle for a hand basket. After gathering what I needed i then went to go pay and then start to leave the building, a woman runs up to me (as if I forgot something) and tells me we can take hand baskets out of the store? And from the way she approached me, she wanted to take it off my hands and leave me with an arm full of groceries with no way to carry. I told her I wouldn't be able to carry all on my own so I would need to go grab a cart.... which is outside... not even near the building but in the actual parking lot. So she reluctantly accepted that I wouldn't be able to carry all my groceries with me (because I also had drinks in my hands) and just let me go. I've never been so upset and bothered that I felt i actually finally needed to write it on a review. Tired of the terrible parking situation, the carts all being in the parking lot and not easily accessible in the store. As well as having PLASTIC BOTTLES OF WATER outside, THESE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE OUTSIDE IN...

Everyone who has visited this place would probably agree that it is the best place to find anything Mexican cuisine-inspired. They have the very best variety of aguas frescas juiced drinks and other drinks like champurrado, Avena with vanilla, and cinnamon. They also make freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit combo juice. They make the best fresh buttered flour tortillas and corn tortillas in different sizes and make a variety of flavor yogurt cups with fruit, jello, and oats. Outside the front entrance on weekends, you can buy freshly cooked and seasoned fajitas by the pound. They cook the fajitas over a charcoal grill. Inside the store, they have a restaurant that serves grilled chicken they cook over a large charcoal grill but is a couple of dollars more than other well known stores. In addition, they sell other meats like pork, sausage and other Mexican meals too, like cheesed stuffed chile rellenos and too many other meals to mention. They also have a large bakery with way too many desserts to mention, as well. Oh yeah, outside they also sell roasted corn and fruit cups but bring cash only. The only problem with this store is that it is packed on the weekends and it can be hard to find parking and not enough handicapped parking...

I'm going straight to headquarters with this complaint and to the Better Business Bureau. Failing to honor a price error is a valid complaint. And, I have pictures. Lorena Rocha next, time apologize when you are in the wrong and don't be so, rude and disrespectful to the customer especially when people that are trying to explain why we said the price ringing up is completely wrong to the one you have everywhere first she should have apologized for the inconvenience and correct your error. Don't just get after the employee and customer and walk off. Honestly, we did not know your store made an error and we had pictures of all the items mismarked. HEB price matches so, should you if you are in the wrong. Also, during the Memorial Day weekend there are always sells and that is why it made sense the items we were purchasing were on sell. It was just 3 items your store had mismarked. Lorena Rocha you need to be kinder to customers and at least smile. No type of greeting and lying in front of a customer is WRONG! You truly need to go to HR watch videos and then have them talk to you and do a follow up review on handling customers. Do not be aggressive...
