Pulse Fitness — Attraction in South Miami

I can't recommend Pulse enough! After completing over 100 classes, I can confidently say it’s one of the best fitness experiences I've had. ALL the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, always providing guidance to ensure everyone gets the most out of each session! Their energy is infectious, making each class enjoyable and motivating. You’ll always leave classes feeling strong, energized, and excited for the next session. I recently took a class with Carlos and it was one of the best classes I’ve taken!! He makes sure to push you while making it enjoyable and makes you feel like you’re having fun with it. Also, I highly recommend taking a class with both Blanca and Caro. If you're looking for instructors who genuinely care and make Pilates so so so fun, they are truly the best! I always leave their classes on a positive note! Last but not least, Erin!! Her classes have waitlists for a reason. She’s simply amazing!!! It truly sucks to be leaving this review because i was looking forward to trying pulse fitness for the first time and was so excited to, however, i was unfortunately late, but the door was still open in order to enter the studio, i enter studio apologetically and the instructor shood me away and informed me that she would not be able to take me in as a student. I explained to her that l had driven 20 minutes in the pouring rain in order to make it to class and the instructor (Marie Lou) did not care even though i shared to her that it was my very first time to the studio, i drove in the rain and i apologized that i was a little late. I would have loved to been able to get a membership at pulse fitness because l've great things but by the way customer service was dealt by Marie Lou, it left a terrible sour taste in my mouth. So completely disappointed, i work in hospitality and this is not how an instructor or a "host" should have taken care of...

Hate that I’m writing this honestly, because I’ve been coming here for a year. I booked my class and got here ONE minute after the grace period, (so 6 minutes after class started) Which funny enough, class started late and she’s not letting people in for being late. I attach the messages below. (the instructor Amanda was aware of my tardiness since my friend was inside) when I went to walk to walk in, the door was locked and she looked my way, nodded her head, and then didn’t acknowledge me again. People drive far, have busy busy schedules, this is so inconsiderate. I was looking forward to the perrero class, hence I chose a complicated time. I understand there’s procedures in place to not to disrupt the class, but that’s crazy. It not even 10 minutes, I could’ve waited on the side and then jumped in when she had a minute to speak. It’s truly sad and inconsideriate of peoples time and money. They clearly just wanted my money… like have...
