I don’t leave bad reviews unless I really think the service was horrible. I came to the Starbucks in this location last week and I cannot believe the service that was presented. There was a young girl and a male working and they seemed to have issues with each other. While 3/4 other people were waiting for their drinks to be made these two workers were arguing and cussing each other out. The female kept on pressing his buttons asking him if he went to HR (I guess against her) and they started using the F word on one another. There was a kid in a stroller there and other people waiting for their orders while they were making everyone wait because they were too busy arguing and not caring that customers were there and listening to all of what was going on. Another Starbucks worker , a lady that looked older than the other two kept telling them to stop and to let it go and they didn’t seem to care. While she had walked away that’s when they start cursing each other out and the young girl working was on her phone while everyone waited. My drink was made and it was thrown in the counter .. the straw was throw at the drink right after it I literally couldn’t believe it. Everyone’s faces watching their act was unbelievable. They were all mad waiting and watching their show. Being a Starbucks customer that I am I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service. Won’t be coming here ever, I hope those two...
Read moreIf I could give a Zero I would. I bought Powerbeats today because I lost my beat pros at the gym. I went to work out didn’t like the fit and the color the power beats rubbed off immediately. I went to target because I was not pleased with the item and wanted to return them. Come to find out the Powerbeats that were in the sealed box had a serial number that didn’t match. Of course customer service tells me I can’t return the item because the serial number does not match the box which I understand. I tried to show them the serial number on my phone for the power beats matches the receipt but, they wouldn’t take that as proof. They gave me the customer relations number for target and they were no help. They couldn’t even help me with returns. Customer service literally just gave me the number to get out the store. Customer relations told me to contact the manufacturer. I then called the manufacturer and they couldn’t help me. Come to find out Target is a non-authorized seller of Beats. I wonder why that is Target. It’s very unfortunate that I as a consumer have been given the run around with no solution because Target messed up by buying poor quality products. I hope no one buys any electronics from this store and if you do, open the item at the counter to verify the serial number matches the box. I will never be back in Target ever again because of this. Read moreI just left Walmart and it’s a Sunday afternoon and they only had two registers open. So everybody was waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get checked out. So I wait in the line and I get to the register and the lady tells me I have to go to the front to do an exchange. OK whatever she tells me I can buy my items up there so it’s not a big deal. I go up there and the lady tells me I can do my return, but I can only purchase five items. Which we all know is a load of crap because I’ve personally bought more when I was returning in the past. And the whole time the lady playing on her Snapchat! She was literally dressing her emoji! So she couldn’t bring up my 10 items because she was too busy playing on social media rather than working. And even worse, the return didn’t go through and I didn’t notice until I left because I got an email and it didn’t go to my phone. So now her drawer is gonna be over and had she been paying attention she might’ve noticed it on her end and I wouldn’t have to leave and now I’ll go back. So whoever was working at this target at 1:30 on Sunday, August 10, should be fired. She definitely shouldn’t be doing customer service and bringing up more than five items is too much for her and if she can’t put her phone down for five minutes to help customers then she should get out of customer service altogether.
