incredibly disappointed- worst experience with a nail salon.

i asked for white gel and a long acrylic set. the daughter told me it would be somewhere between 55-65. when the actual nail tech already started she said she had never done a set that long. i wish she would have just said she wasn't comfortable doing this instead. after we started she let me know she would be charging $85 instead. although it was very pricey and not what i was originally quoted, i assumed this would include the gel set (not the additions they tried to suggest and add on).

i ended up having to leave the salon after two hours. it was very apparent that she didn't know what she was doing in her technique and i became uncomfortable. i said to go ahead and not do any polish. they still said the set, unfinished, would still be 85. i got pretty confused because i've never heard of a set NOT including some type of polish. they knocked it down to 80- which is way too high for unfinished acrylics.

when i got home to paint my nails- they were filled with ridges and bumps which i tried to fix, but i checked in with another reputable nail shop and the set will need to get totally redone. my thumb nail is also at a 45 degree angle.

i also noticed the next morning that i had something like a blister next to my nailbed - it ended up being an infection that i have had to get on doxycicline for now, as my entire finger started peeling off.

i called before making this review to request a refund- as maybe this was something they would be willing to make right. they refused. this was the worst set and experience for the highest price i have ever paid.

the one thing i did appreciate was the young girl - she was incredibly kind to my friend's daughter. it was the actual nail tech and her husband who are unreasonable and handled...

Very bad experience! They were so rude to me. I was doing my pedicure, and got some of their lotion to put in my hand. They screamed at me saying I was waisting their lotion. The older lady told me to sit and let their do my nails. No touching the lotion. She told me to take the lotion of my hands and then her husband was very rude to me saying I was waisting their lotion! Because i took it off and he said Im waisting their products. Oh my gosh.. felt horrible! And they start speaking their language to each other! So rude!! They started being so nice to the other customers and ignored me…They should treat people better! Not...

My first visit, and I love how detailed they are. With all the options these nail salons offer now, I've seen how disorganized these salons can get I have to say this place had roll out racks of polish colors to choose from instead of along the wall unorganized with customers placing them back out of place. They also provide waxing serves and lash extensions. The customer service was excellent and prices are competative. Oh, and I love that they provide punch cards as an incentive to come back enough times for a free service. The card is punched by how much is spent rather than for each individual...
