NO. NO. NO! Life is TOO short to go here on purpose! this particular store is a a complete disaster! The owner/manager is rude and cannot be trusted. I have a lot of kids and we have a lot of different phone providers in different countries around the globe. The first thing providers do whenever we are transferring a phone and starting up new service with them is to check the esn is a clean one. As parents we were helping a family member that was going through a rough patch. Johnathan was going to unlock their current phone, set it up on one of his phone plans that had a special going and we were going to pay that plan a payment for three months in advance that day at the time of purchase. I had just had a medical procedure the day previous so my husband and the family member we were helping were going to get everything set up, then I could come in and sign. The first card of mine I sent in was an Am Ex which they didn't take. The second card Jonathan apparently rang up mid purchase..? Really??? He "said" he rang up the three months we were going to prepay and THEN check the phone's esn which showed this family member's parties they were in dispute with had reported this phone's esn as not clean, so Jonathan couldn't unlock it. OK, so now we have to go find another phone before we purchase the cell plan, correct? Nope!?! Somehow Jonathan had managed to put MY card through and couldn't possibly return the monies even minutes later, AND even though I had NEVER set foot inside the store to sign or show ID for MY card! when I went in thoroughly confused to talk with a manger knowing it MUST'VE been a new employee who just made an error - nope! it was the manager AND owner! Better Business Bureau will probably not be surprised with this claim! don't go here! eventually you WILL have an issue! And Jonathan WILL be rude and take advantage of you for his gain! And, as he did for me, follow me out to my car to take pics of me in his cell...? What's that even about?

Jonathan-there was no need to get my lawyer involved. As there is no way you have a photo of me in your store with my credit card making a purchase, therefore my bank said it was a fraudulent purchase. You have 2 members of my family getting everything set up so I then could come in and complete the sale, but any picture you have of me inside your store would've been AFTER you had fraudulently used MY card before I had EVER set foot inside your store. Both family members who were in your store however, did say that you knew someone who for a fee somewhere between $80-$120 they would be able to unlock a phone regardless of the status of the phone, which we were concerned would be illegal. The other option they said you offered was to go to the Verizon store where they could get a phone for around $25 and then we were going to return and get your phone plan. These facts I cannot verify personally however, as I stated previously I was STILL outside in our vehicle which you knew and if you truly have cameras in operation they WILL show my family members returning to our vehicle to return my first card and get my second card to set things up so I would come in prior to you ringing ANYTHING up as I, the only authorized user on either of MY cards would have to be present and show MY ID. Hopefully your honest cameras caught those, ohhhhh whoops that couldn't possible have happened as I was never in your store prior to your fraudulently using my card unauthorized by myself, which is exactly what the fraud department at my bank has verified should've been the steps your company took. As for the procedure I quoted as the cooling off period for cell phone contacts-you sir were correct! That particular law only applies to a select few companies that are recognized as the major cell phone carriers. A good reason to deal with those who have banked their names with major reputations-unlike a guy who denies being the owner, only the manager until pressed to speak with the owner. What a nightmare. The whole ordeal that my mom and went through is too long to really get into here, but I could never recommend anyone to do business with this store. First, they need to train their employees better on all phones, we incorrectly trusted that the employee knew what she was doing when she was messing with my iPhone's settings. We spent hours on a Saturday afternoon in the store, very patiently I might add, while they attempted to switch our phones service, and we still left with non-working phones. A lot of our problem was with the provider, but as the middle man, this store and the owner have been difficult. There are so many layers between the store and the actual phone service company, each party just hides behind the other and nobody takes responsibility for botched transactions. Sunday morning, 16 hours after my mom paid for a prepaid service, she got a text saying there were insufficient funds on her account. We used my neighbor's phone to call the provider's customer service, and paid again directly with the service provider because they said whatever happened in the store didn't work, and told us to go back to get a refund. The owner called and got approval to refund my transaction and SIM card, but wouldn't even look into why my mom's phone service was shutoff prematurely, and said he had already spent too much time helping us and wasn't going to do anything more. He said it's the provider's responsibility, they say it has to be taken care of in the store. He then has the gall to tell me that we made a mistake going back to Verizon rather than trying to work things out with him first. They were closed on Sunday, we'd already been without a phone for over 24 hours, and none of our efforts with the provider's technical service were beneficial, so yeah, we went back to a service provider that actually works. The provider company can't do anything and he won't do anything, so we are stuck having to pay for a service that we didn't get, even though there was a clear mishap between...

Please be careful with this place, just this Tuesday, I bought an Iphone 6 for my friend, the moment I left the store, it froze and it kept freezing every like 30 minutes, . I didn't go back to the store because I had work. Just yesterday, On Thursday, the same week, I went back to get it fixed, get replaced or get my money back, instead they started telling me that, they don't sell defect phones. Oh the guy started telling me that, I owe him $30 more, the person who sold me the phone made some $ typo error. In my experience, this is a strategy to make me feel like I bought the phone for less, and that I should keep it the way it is. The guy told me that, I been dishonest for refusing to pay $30 more. He got all mad and angry, when I left, he followed me and took the picture of my license plate. like if I stole something from the store. In my head, I told myself that, If I don't sue this guy, he might think that he is smarter than any person who goes to him to buy a phone. I will sue him for selling me a broken phone and try to extort me...
