On a Saturday morning they claimed there was a coverage outage for my whole area and technicians were working to restore service and it would be completed by end of the day. Evening on Saturday they said repairs were taking longer then expected and the issue would be resolved by end of the weekend. Sunday evening rolls around, still no servive. An update saying service would he restored by end of the day Monday was sent out. Come home from work Monday, still no service and no update on timeline. Tuesday evening after work i still have no service, so I reach out to get an uodate on the timeline.
