i hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this is the third time i’ve been here and the service was just unacceptable. i have been to dali crepes multiple times and at first before they were super busy, it was great. the service was actually good. the last two times i had been to dine in, was early last year and i understand it was at a busier time but we were not even acknowledged by the staff until i walked up and said something to the cashier after about 15 minutes of waiting patiently. the second time, the servers would just stare at me every time they walked by and i was just in disbelief. i walked up to the cashier to asked to be served after waiting close to 25 minutes. today i was craving some crepes and i thought i should give dali crepes another try since they have really good crepes. i chose to get curbside since dining in is a hassle. i get to the restaurant in the designated curbside parking and click “im here” as prompted on the order screen and nobody comes out for 10 mins. finally my boyfriend had to go inside to grab the food and the workers were just standing around. it wasn’t even busy too. it sucks because i love the food but i will probably never come back. the audacity they have of asking for tips when they can’t even execute the bare minimum of their job is crazy to me. i work in the food industry and this is unacceptable where i work at. hire some better staff or do better training.
