BEST dessert so far! We've had many shaved ice/snow tower/snow fluff/etc & this one takes the cake!! For $12 it's a bit pricey but well worth the QUALITY. It truly was 'fluff' with a la mode (ice cream) a ton of mango (fresh) that was soaked in a well done syrup that only added to it!! It made it clump into icy bits as it melted, so delightful! Plus there was a large portion of it. Husband & I were for the 1st time not feeling like we were rushing to have enough 🤣

Spicy pork was well portioned with great amount of meat. Loved the bento style layout. Kimchi is really good & the glass noodles are well flavored. Gyoza was crunchy & delish.

Appreciated the rice to filling ratio on the Stun Kimbap, great vegan option

Tteokbokki is the only complaint I had; sauce was a bit watery & way too sweet for my liking. Mostly packed with rice noodles & 2 thin pieces of fish cake...TT_TT however, very much noticed & appreciated the boiled egg that was cooked perfectly; it was so soft & tender for a boiled egg. Not a single restaurant I've ever been to has impressed me with a boiled egg 😋 😅

Overall, great place with high quality & standards. Also, quick & attentitive service! Highly...

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Stun Cube Korean Food in Salt Lake. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed thanks in no small part to Kwangsik, the owner, whose warm hospitality and genuine passion for his food made the meal even more memorable.

My wife ordered the beef bulgogi, and it was perfection! tender, flavorful, and cooked just right, with that perfect balance of sweet and savory that makes bulgogi such a standout dish. I had the donkatsu deopbap, and it might just be the best I’ve ever had. The pork cutlet was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and served over a rich, comforting bed of rice and sauce that made every bite addictive.

What truly sets this place apart is the personal touch. Kwangsik isn’t just running a restaurant, he’s sharing a part of his culture, and it shows in everything from the food to the service. He came to check on us personally, made sure everything was just right, and you could tell he genuinely cared about our experience.

If you’re in Salt Lake and craving authentic Korean comfort food with heart, Stun Cube is the spot. We’ll definitely be back and telling all our...

This is the best place. My wife was having a birthday and the day before I realized I should let them know we have a huge group coming. I called and told them we have about 24 people. I was told it would be no problem and to get orders if possible so they can have the food ready. I texted the orders over and all was well.

We get there the next day and there was birthday streamers on the outside. On the door we see a note saying that they are closed for a party. That was so amazing. We go inside and they have balloons and the works. All the places are all set up for us. Once everyone arrived they started bringing the food out and told us we could each pay individually. The food was amazing and literally all 24 of us loved it.

As we were finishing up, the owner made an announcement that he would turn the lights off and something would happen. They brought out a cake with my wife’s name and candles on it and we all sang. It was the most amazing experience. The people at stun cube felt like family and went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday extra special without even being asked. Huge 5 stars and we...

Stun Cube was a place I really wanted to like. Came here with high expectations but was let down in the end. I was here with my family and ordered a variety of items to try and most all ended up average. We had the kimchi mandu which was served in a small basket with a small dipping sauce. The presentation was not great and the flavor was OK. We also had the spicy pork gimbop which was big and good but not spicy at all. Son had the spicy pork cube dish which was not spicy at all and very average. The sides were OK with the kimchi being the best of the three. The japchae side was mainly noodles and had a heavy pepper flavor. The potato side was OK. Rice was good on all dishes and fresh from the cooker. My wife had the hot bowl bimbop which was average and had the potato and japchae side with no kimchi. I had the Korean hot chicken which had a decent sauce flavor but not spicy at all. The chicken pieces were not trimmed well and had some chewing parts to them. Overall a place worth getting gimbop at and maybe trying another dish if you do not like spicy stuff to give a final 3 star rating from me.
