Quality massage, but EXTREMELY disappointing and unprofessional customer service.

I got a 1 hour massage because I’ve been working nonstop the past three days and needed deep rest. I practically fell asleep on the table, the woman did great.

It was a pretty good experience until leaving. I was SO tired and turned to talk to my husband, then she came to me and said something like “you need to tip” in broken English. I said “excuse me?” She said “you need to use card one more time.”

I had planned to tip. I was waiting for her to give me a water like she said she was going to. I hated the pressure that I HAD to tip.

Just when I thought she couldn’t be more rude and unprofessional, I told her “ok, I’ll tip $10.” She had the audacity to look to me and say “$15 is good.” Then put $15 as the charge!! Ridiculous! Only AFTER I paid her a tip, she handed me a mini bottle of water.

To justify why she needed a bigger tip she kept telling me “you were very hard, you were so hard” —which doesn’t make much sense; if you can’t comfortably do a massage using more pressure I don’t understand why she offered it to me?

I was fine with her leaving the room multiple times to attend the door, or even her stopping to use her phone multiple times during my massage. VERY uncomfortable since while I was partially undressed, I kept hearing her iPhone making the screenshot noise(which is the same noise when the phone takes a photo).

I wasn’t going to write a review or leave any negative notes but the stingy tipping pressure was the last straw. After the awful, terrible past few days I’ve had, this place made it just that much worse.

3 days of hiking left my body sore and stiff from head to toe. I arrived in town late but thankfully they were open until 10pm. They were able to get me in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The therapist did an amazing job! One of the best deep tissue massage I’ve had. It started out a little rough but she regularly check in on how I was doing and adjusted accordingly. Once I was relaxed she work very hard to get deep into my sorest parts. I left there feeling very relaxed and my pain was significantly reduced. There were two interruptions from customers coming in. She quickly seen to them and apologized for the interruptions. She also made up for the time by extending the massage a little bit longer. Next time I am in the area I will make it a point to return. There was no tip pressure. She worked hard had great skills and earned a nice tip, which is rare these days. Asian massage is different than other massages. Know what to expect and you won’t be disappointed with the...

I went in today and got a very hard therapeutic massage. it was good and gave me the needed relaxation I needed for the rest of the day. When you get a hard massage it feels like you had a workout, you know what I mean...You know how you feel after a good work out... The endorphin's kick in and you feel great and euphoric... Well that's how I felt after it was over.. She used a lotion instead of oil which is what I prefer.... She stretched me and used her elbows and got up on the table. Did some trigger point or pressure point I'm not sure, but it did the job.... I will be going back...
