I bought my husband's wedding band from here. Not only did they reciprocate EXCELLENT customer service with the first exchange with communicating quickly and efficiently, but i also recieved the new ring less than two weeks later. Do to my own mistake, I re-orded the wrong size again so I had to exchange it once more. Again they showed amazing customer service. Due to my part, there was an error in the return process on this ring and when I hadn't heard or recieved anything in over three weeks, I emailed/called them to inquire about my ring. They still hadn't recieved it (nor had it been returned to me) and they still began the process of remaking my husband's ring in the correct size to be shipped out to me at the beginning of next week. I think that I mainly dealt with a guy named Sam, but regardless of who, the customer service was still phenomenal. I'm not one to typically leave a review but I felt like it was much needed in this case. I have been on the hunt to find a nice ring for my husband for over a year now trying to replace the cheap ring we bought last minute before our wedding. I had looked many places online and ended up giving up because I could never find a ring that I liked, that was in my budget, and that was going to be durable. I ended up getting him the Ranger Ultralight ring and could not be happier with the ring! It came so quickly in the mail even with standard delivery. I was really hesitant ordering a ring online without being able to see it in person first, but this ring exceeded all expectations! They even added 3 free silicone rings to the order.
