Do NOT go here. If you absolutely have no choice, take pictures of your device and document its condition thoroughly before taking it in. And do not count on them communicating with you when they are done; they WILL hang on to your device without emailing you. Took Galaxy Flip Z4 in for screen protector replacement and cleaning. Phone worked perfectly and had no cracks or abnormalities, just wanted to clean up some of the dust from normal use. I dropped it off at 3pm, and gave my email since I can't communicate without my phone. I received no email. Store closed at 5pm, and I was without a phone. Arrived the next morning at 10am. I spoke with Bimala to get my phone back. When she handed it to me, the back half of the phone's glass was shattered, the screen protector had a couple bubbles from trapped dirt particles, and when I turn the phone on, the screen turns on and quickly fades out to black, temporarily not working (I have attached photos of the phone below). I almost refused to leave without documentation, but was assured by Bimala that she would work to get it fixed, and she gave me her business card. I left, and later got a call from her saying that I would actually need to pay out-of-pocket because they only documented the condition of the screen (because that was the only pertinent part of the "repair"), not the rest of the phone, so there was nothing that I could prove. I asked if I could at least have the screen protector reapplied, and she said yes, she could give me a discount. She later called and told me I would have to pay full price for that as well.

I got a Surface Pro screen replaced on 8/11/2025. It took 3 weeks for the part to arrive (not their fault) I picked up the tablet today and the screen looks great but there is an occlusion (outward dent) on the frame that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I asked about it and the lady at the front desk proceeded to gaslight me that it was there prior to me dropping it off. I was reminded of a lesson I had long forgotten. Always take pictures of your property when you leave it with others... They gave a 40% discount for the delay on the part so I decided not to press the issue. It's why they have 4 stars instead of 3. The repair is solid, they answered the phone everytime I called. Aside from the dent, every issue was communicated well. Just glad to have my tablet though I am not sure it will cleanly fit into the case now...said it was already there. šŸ˜‘ Probably find another repair shop for future because that gaslighting crap is annoying. I will drop to 2 stars if this review gets a copy-paste or AI response.

I've used this location several times but will never be returning. Their service warranty (12 months) is a joke. I had a screen replaced and they used an entirely cosmetic scratch on the plastic as an excuse not to replace a failed display. While they agree the tiny scratch could not have caused a display failure, they blame Google's warranty for their inability to replace the component. My warranty is not with Google though. The scratch is so tiny it's not visible in the attached image - on the top of the phone, 1 inch from the right. *UPDATE*: Discussed with corporate. They do not care and said they couldn't do anything to help with the situation. Effectively, UBreakIFix applies their suppliers parts warranties to their service warranty. IANAL, but IMO, this is a breach of contract I had with them. I'll be working with my credit card company and the CFPB going forward.

We had a screen repaired under an insurance claim less than a month ago that suddenly stopped working. None of the stores in OK had a screen in stock for a replacement, so our options were to either mail the device in and go without the phone for a week or more, or drive 3 hours to nearest store in TX with the parts in stock for a quicker repair. We drove down to this store on Saturday and dropped it off within 2 hours of being open. We were told it would be ready for pickup no later than 6pm and they close at 7pm. We said we would just plan to pick the device up at 12pm when they open the following day when we would be driving back to OK. The lady at the front desk said that would be fine. The following day, my husband went into the store at 12:15pm and the same person from the day before was at the desk. She tried to give him the wrong phone initially, and after bringing the correct one out she said it was fixed but needed the diagnostics to be run and it would now be ready at 5pm. He reminded her that she had told him it would be ready for pickup the previous night at 6pm and that we were driving back to OK since he had to be at work in OKC by 7pm. He asked why we didn't receive a call that it was not ready the previous day as we were told it would be. She said that WE should have given the store a "courtesy call" to inquire if the device was ready. He told her that it was their job to inform the customer if the repair is not going to be completed within the quoted time frame they have given the customer. She said as soon as the tech arrived, they would do the tests but there was no one there who could do it at the moment. This woman also claimed to be the manager, yet did not know how to perform the necessary diagnostic test herself. My husband requested to just have his phone without the test, and she wouldn't release it. I was still at the hotel and called the store and was immediately connected to the tech. As it turns out, the person who fixed the screen the day before decided to go home early without running the test because the person up front had told them we weren't picking it up until the next day. My husband left to pick me and our children up from the hotel and then we drove back to the store which is 25 minutes in the opposite direction of where we need to travel to get home. We went in and she tried to give him the wrong phone again. She also tried to sell us a service that is free under our insurance with AT&T. So, if you're if the DFW area, choose a different location to service...

Do not trust these guys with your phone. I am speaking about this location specifically. I have used Asurion several times in the past and was happy. I took my phone in for a regular screen crack to have it replaced. I had the insurance and I set an appointment. Should have been smooth and quick.. Upon arrival it took over 20 minutes to just drop off the phone, no one in front of me, it was all check-in. It was like they were loading everything into the computer - why make an appointment with all my details? And then came the sales pitch of upgrading for faster service "priority" that took another 10 minutes, but I took it as it got my phone back in an hour vs two. I came back and got my phone an hour later and same thing, typing and asking questions, and then more sales pitch - another 15 minutes to just give me my phone that was "ready to pick-up". What a waste of time.. I noticed later that day the touch screen wasn't quite right. It worked but the touches didn't always line up. My phone is my business so I couldn't just drop it back off right away, so I dealt with it until I could make time. A few weeks later I dropped it off again to replace the screen (again). They said no problem, no charge. 2 hours later "not a priority anymore" I pick up my phone and they said "sorry, the connector for the screen broke off. You have to call ATT to replace it. We put it all in the computer they know you are calling". Not happy but what am I going to do? I spend the next hour and a half with ATT and Asurion trying to explain that the place that fixed my phone broke my phone - there weren't any "notes on my account". 3 transfers, telling the whole story from start to finish over and over again... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. If THEY break your phone when you take it to them to fix it - they just give it back to you and tell you "sorry". Go to a...

I want to start off my saying that my screen was cracked and it was fixed so that's your only concern, then this place is fine. However, their customer service is abysmal. I made an appointment for Saturday at 1pm and was quoted a wait time of 1 to 2 hours. That's fine. The man said that he would hold the replacement screen for me so there wouldn't be any problems. Great! I arrive and a different man came to help me. I told him I had an appointment and the replacement part should be held aside. He turns around to walk to the back in the middle of my sentence. He comes back, has me open my phone and looks for some info then disappears again. He said the repair would take 3 hours. I said I was quoted 1 to 2 hours and all of the advertising says 1 to 2 hours (literally in the store a screen said that). He said no. 3 hours. Fine. I ask to give him my wife's number so they can contact me when it was finished. I had to repeat it 4 times because the man couldn't hear me ot wasn't listening. I also gave him my email. I go home and wait for phone to be finished. A little after 3 hours I called and they said they needed 20 or 30 more minutes. Sigh. Ok. After 4 hours with no call from them, I call again and they said oh yeah, it's ready. We didn't have any wayto contact you. Excuse me?I gave them an alternate number 4 time! at this point I was late to an event I needed to go to (but couldn't get there without a GPS) so I went, paid and left. So all in all, my phone was fixed, but it dook twice as long as the originally quoted time. Also, the store employee didn't listen to anything I said....
