1/17/2025….. Have been a returning client since 2021. Have been in several times before today for warranty on a previous phone but it is with great appreciation for Andrew on this visit with purchasing a new screen protector for my new phone. Excellent customer service and provided extended assurances when making a purchase based on iPhone upgrades being out of stock at Apple store. Update, this company is absolutely true to their promise to deliver!!! Walked in and Andrew pulled up my account and delivered what was promised for my new phone with outstanding customer service!!! This company has been everything and more in beginning with customer service, knowledge of products and with great recommendations. I will continue to return to this location for accessories and give strong recommendations and advisement to stop into this location for any accessories needed!!! Update 3/24/2022….. These guys are awesome!!! With the insurance on the screen protector, you stop in, no questions asked, they charge the $10 replacement fee and give you a high quality screen protector that actually protects your phone screen! I recently had the pleasure of working with Catherine at ZAGG in Southlake, TX, and I was thoroughly impressed with her exceptional service and knowledge. From the moment I walked into the store, Catherine greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand my needs and preferences.
She was extremely knowledgeable about the various products offered by ZAGG, and she took the time to explain the features and benefits of each product in detail. Her expertise and recommendations were invaluable in helping me make an informed decision about which product to purchase.
What truly stood out about Catherine, however, was her outstanding customer service skills. Read moreI went to buy a privacy screen and upon my inquiry while waiting for my partner, the screen protector was installed. Not once advising me that there was a $10 fee for installation. The only reason I understood that was AFTER paying and seeing my receipt. It was very deceptive as I wasn't informed at all. My receipt was not offered. I had to ask for it. This is a big deal bc they advise you to register your product on line and would need your receipt to do so. The product sells itself. It’s a great product.
The two associates that day could have done their job to their capacity and informed us. Not only that -- they were having lunch when we walked in and acted as we were an inconvenience by being customers. You're working in Southlake in a freestanding store on A SATURDAY.
So to be treated as an inconvenience and then to find out later that we got charged a $10 installation fee that we were never even informed is bad business and not worth the deceptive tactic for a measly $10– it was only by reviewing my rcpt a weeks later to order my replacement...
